Terms and Conditions
Times Prime Special Offer Duration – 14th February to 25th March 2024
- The offers mentioned herein are valid from 14th February to 25th March 2024 (“Offer Period”) unless mentioned/ provided otherwise), only on purchase of select Panasonic branded products from Panasonic Authorized channels only.
- The offers are not applicable, and Panasonic shall not be responsible for Customer purchases made from any unauthorized dealers and/or channels.
- Company shall mean Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited a Company existing under the laws of India, having its principal place of business at 12th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, N.H.-8, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana, India (hereinafter referred to as “company”/ “Panasonic”/” PANASONIC”/” Company” which expression shall where the context so admits include its affiliates, liquidators, successors, and assigns).
- Customer shall mean the individual (hereinafter referred to as the” customer”/ “Consumer” “end-user”/”end consumer”/”end Customer”/ “first purchaser”) against whom the Purchase Invoice or billing has been raised by the Company.
- MRP (inclusive of all taxes) listed, is for one unit, wherever applicable. TDS shall be borne by the Customer as per applicable laws.
- Product specifications, warranty, pricing, system, offers, components, terms or options available are all subject to change/ withdrawal, at any time, without prior notice.
- Finance offers are provided by respective financer/ bank/ dealers as per its sole discretion, and is subject to detailed terms and conditions, with respect to, maximum cashback, minimum transaction amount, period of credit, etc.
- EMI will vary from model to model and particular finance offers (hereinafter referred to as “Finance Offers”) are available only on specific products. Panasonic is in no event shall be held responsible or liable for any claims/grievances against any of the Finance Offers,
- For any grievance/ complaints related to Finance Offers, the Customer shall approach the respective bank/ financier/ dealer and the Customer shall have no claim against Panasonic in this regard.
- The images are for representation purpose only and the actual products may vary.
- Offer is valid till stocks lasts within offer period. Any tax, including but not limited to, GST shall be extra and applicable on gifts.
- Warranty offers wherever mentioned are applicable from the date of purchase till the period mentioned for respective category. Free assured gifts are subject to availability at the store. Free assured gift will be handed to the Customer at the time of purchase from the authorized dealer and the same cannot to be claimed from Panasonic directly. Offers are not applicable on purchases conducted online and or through any e-commerce portal. The assured gifts are not redeemable in the form of cash. Combo offers wherever mentioned are subject to additional costs. Offers under any other schemes run by Panasonic, if any, cannot be clubbed together.
- The Warranty Period is from the date of purchase of the Product mentioned on Original Purchase Invoice. Warranty shall not be considered valid if the original invoice is not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.
- In no event shall Panasonic be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, or epidemics, pandemics, including but not limited to, COVID-19, any orders of the government/ statutory authority and/ or interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services, etc. Accordingly, all offers and timelines in these T&Cs are subject to the aforesaid force majeure event; lockdown and/ or subject to any central, state/ UT government notifications, orders, regulations, advisories, etc., issued from time to time.
- In case of any dispute related to these T&Cs and/ or offers, the decision of Panasonic shall be final and binding on all the parties. The offers are at the sole discretion of the Panasonic management and can be withdrawn at any given point of time without any prior notice. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.
SPECIAL TIMES PRIME OFFER BENEFITS
- Offer Duration – 14th February to 25th March 2024 or till the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
- These offers are applicable on PAN India exclusive channel purchase.
- Customer purchasing any Panasonic product worth Rs 2000 and above from Exclusive Stores (BS,PAW,SIS, P4,P2), will avail a Times Prime membership with annual benefits up to worth Rs 60,000 *
- This offer is valid on purchase of any Panasonic Products.
- The Customer should be of age 18 years or above to avail this offer.
- Product Description - Times Prime is a comprehensive digital membership service that provides access to premium subscriptions, exclusive offers across multiple online and offline merchants. As a member, you can enjoy a wide range of exclusive benefits from multiple brands with a focus on Entertainment, Shopping, Essentials, Health & Fitness, Content, Dining, Travel, and a lot more.
- Process – When Customer purchases product from Panasonic Exclusive Store, during 14th February to 25th March 2024, he/she can scan a QR Code readily available at the shopfloor, which will eventually redirect him/her to Panasonic WhatsApp Chatbot – 9311211333. Here the customer after giving consent, will be sharing details of the purchase.
- Internal Panasonic Team will validate the same. After validation, the Customer will receive the E-Coupon withing 48 -72 hours.
- The Customer have to download the Times Prime App from playstore/apple store, Enter the e-code while signing up and membership will be activated.
- From one mobile number a customer is eligible to redeem a maximum of 10 E-coupon codes according to his/her purchase.
- On product retail value till Rs 40,000/- (inclusive of taxes), customer is entitled for 1 E-coupon per product and on product retail value of Rs 40,000/- (inclusive of taxes) and above, the customer is entitled for 2 E-coupon codes per product .
- The membership starts from the day the consumer activates to his/her Times Prime membership. (Redeemed E-coupon code should be activated on Times Prime App/Web or before 28th March 2024 and beyond which company shall not be liable to extend offer benefits further.
- The E-coupon code is applicable once per user/unique mobile number.
- For existing Times Prime members, a new membership will be added to his/her account and will begin after their current membership expires.

- Times Prime reserves the right to terminate, modify, extend the timelines and features, at any time at its absolute discretion.
- The offers/memberships must be unlocked within the Times Prime Membership period.
