nanoe™ X

nanoe™ X is effective for bacteria inhibition, deodorisation and pesticide reduction in a refrigerator
Inhibits 99.99%* Of Bacteria

Bacteria Inhibition

nanoe™ X spreads nano-sized ions to every corner of the refrigerator and inhibits bacteria growth in the air and on the wall.

Inhibits 99.99%* Of Bacteria

Pesticide Reduction

When vegetables are stored in a Panasonic nanoe™ X compatible refrigerator, the hydroxyl radicals decompose the pesticides on food so they can be easily rinsed off with water.

Enjoy Raw Vegetable Salad

Since nanoe™ X particles are extremely small, even the pesticides left lodged within the fibres are decomposed. You can enjoy unheated dishes such as salads with confidence.

Deodorisation

nanoe™ X controls odour-causing substances, so you can expect the deodorising effect throughout the entire refrigerator.

Prevents Odour Transfer

nanoe™ X has a deodorising effect to prevent odours of strong-smelling foods like durian, shrimp paste, and stinky tofu from transferring to other items.

Prevents Odour Transfer

Disclaimers:
*1:【Testing Institution】Kitasato Research Center for Environmental Sciences, a General Incorporated Foundation【Testing method】Measure the number of bacteria in the air. Bacteria are disseminated into a test room that has a floor approx.10m2 in area. 【Sterilisation method】Disseminate “nanoe™X” 【Target】One type of floating fungal spore 【Test results】Fungal spores suppressed by 99% or more after 4 hours (No. 24_0301_1).
*2: As compared with negative atmospheric ions.Typical negative atmospheric ion life: From a few dozen seconds to about 100. “nanoe™X” continue to exist for approximately 600 seconds, in a specified testing environment. (Our research)
*3: Testing organisation: Kitasato Research Center for Environmental Science (general incorporated foundation). KRCES−Bio. Test Report No. 2017_0188. Test method: After releasing floating bacteria (1 type) in a 400 L chamber, the number of bacteria in collected air were counted. Bacteria inhibition method: Release of nanoe™X. Test results: With nanoe™X, after 50 min, 99.99% more of bacteria inhibited. Does not guarantee the prevention of food poisoning.

*5: Testing organisation: Kitasato Research Center for Environmental Science (general incorporated foundation). KRCES−Bio. Test Report No. 2017_1351. Test method: After test bacteria (1 type) adheres to resin plates for 8, 10 and 12 hours set in the center of a 400 L chamber, incubated colonies were counted and the number of bacteria on a resin plate calculated. Bacteria inhibition method: Release of nanoe™X. Test results: With nanoe™X, after 12 hours, 99.8% more of bacteria inhibited. Does not guarantee the prevention of food poisoning.
*6: Test Organisation: TECHNO SCIENCE Corporation, Certificate No.: 20020273-001, Tested Pesticides: Diniconazole and Azoxystrobin, Test Method (n=2): 3 days exposure with and without nanoe™X, and after a rinse with water. Test Conditions: In a 400 L square box, temperature of 5°C, humidity of over 70%, with nanoe™X repeatedly ON for 20 min/OFF for 40 min. Test process: 1) Pesticide applied to a φ2.8 cm dish. 2) Dish placed in 400 L box. 3) After 3 days, dish washed with water. 4) Residue of pesticide on the dish checked. 5) Analysis with LC/MS. Test Results: Diniconazole reduced by 77.7% with nanoe™X , 44.4% without nanoe™X. Azoxystrobin reduced by 59.3% with nanoe™X, 12.5% without nanoe™X. The effect differs depending on the type of vegetable.
*7: Test laboratory: Panasonic in-house data. Test report number: 1V332-180118-K01. Test method: Verification using 6-scale odor intensity index. Tested odor: Trimethylamine on the bleached cloth was left inside 400L box for 8 hours in an environment with and without nanoe™X. Odour intensity was measured by 16 panels. Test result: Odour intensity was 1.9 in an environment with nanoe™X. Odor intensity was 3.2 in an environment without nanoe™X.

Inhibits 99.99%* Of Bacteria

nanoe™ X ions contain 4.8 trillion OH radicals that inhibit bacteria to keep food safe and the inside of your refrigerator clean. By applying high voltage to atmospheric water, nanoe™ X creates hydroxyl radicals that break down organic substances and are a decisive factor in sterilisation*¹.
