Mince Pie Ramekin Cakes
These delicious mince pie ramekin cakes are gluten and dairy free, and perfect for the festive season!

200 g gluten-free self raising flour
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
225 ml plant milk
4 heaped tbsp mince pie filling
2 tbsp maple syrup
Steps
STEP 1
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients in the order shown and mix until a smooth batter forms.
STEP 2
Pour into 4 ramekins and place in your combo oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
STEP 3
Once cooked, top with dairy-free cream or extra mince pie filling.
