Minted Peas

Ingredients

4
1 kg fresh shelled peas
1 tsp water
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp chopped mint
Salt and Pepper

Steps

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in a 3 litre casserole dish.

STEP 2

Cover and cook on 1000 W for 6 to 8 minutes.

STEP 3

Stir and serve.

Tip: If substituting frozen peas, cook 250g for 5 to 7 minutes on 1000 W.
