Multigrain Bread

Enjoy a multigrain bread full of flavour!

Ingredients

2 tsp dry yeast
400 g whole wheat flour
15 g butter
1 tsp white sugar
2 tsp salt
150 g max seeds (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, etc.)

Steps

STEP 1

Take the bread pan out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients except for the seeds (top-to-bottom order).

STEP 2

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, select program 2 and press start.

STEP 3

When the machine beeps, add the seeds into the bread pan.

STEP 4

Once the bread is done, take it out of the breadmaker and let it cool down.
