500 g salmon filet
2 spring onions
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp fresh dill
0.5 tbsp grated lemon peel
salt
olive oil

Steps

STEP 1

Chop salmon fillet, spring onions, capers, and lemon peel. Add salt.

STEP 2

Make 18 small patties with your hands and place them on the baking tray.

STEP 3

Sprinkle the fish cakes with olive oil.

STEP 4

Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave on combo 2 (300W + highest grill).
