Toffee Popcorn Bark

For an evening treat, enjoy Toffee Popcorn Bark. The soft chocolate perfectly complements the popcorn crunch and will leave you wanting more!

200 g milk chocolate

200 g white chocolate

60 g toffee popcorn

Steps

STEP 1

Break the chocolates into separate microwavable bowls.

STEP 2

Melt each on HIGH MICROWAVE for 1 minute or until melted. Allow to cool slightly.

STEP 3

Pour half of each chocolate on to the lined baking tray, roughly swirling together.

STEP 4

Add the toffee popcorn and drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top.

STEP 5

Chill until set. Break into big chunks to serve.
