Turkey & Apricot Burgers

Ingredients

0.5 onion (freshly diced)
3 rashers streaky bacon (finely chopped)
40 g bread crumbs
1 fresh chili (finely chopped)
1 garlic cloves (crushed)
450 g turkey breast (minced)
100 g dried apricot (chopped)
handful fresh parsley (chopped)
salt and black pepper (for seasoning)

Steps

STEP 1

Place the onion, bacon, bread crumbs and garlic into the glass mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 2 minutes or until soft.

STEP 3

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then, shape the mixture into burgers.

STEP 4

Place the burgers on the metal tray on the wire shelf and cook on CONVECTION 180°C for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through, turn half way through.
