1. Organizer
The organizer of the "S5 + 2 years guarantee extension" campaign (hereinafter “Campaign”) is Panasonic Nordic, Filial till Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Germany
with its registered office at Sundbybergsvägen, SE-171 73 SOLNA, Sweden (hereinafter "we").
2. Guarantee extension and conditions of participation
The guarantee extension of 1 year for the respective product which is part of the Campaign will be extended by 2 additional years free of charge if you purchase a LUMIX DC-S5KE-K and DC-S5E-K cameras (hereinafter "Campaign Product") - in the campaign period from 01.04.2021 to 31.07.2021 (hereinafter “Campaign Period”) at any of our authorized shops - and register it by 31.08.2021 in accordance with these campaign conditions on our Campaign page at

To do so, simply create either your LUMIX Pro or My Panasonic account, if you don't already have one, on our promotion pages, depending on availability in your country.
Then register your Campaign Product by providing the following mandatory information:
1) Where was the Campaign Product purchased?
2) Date of purchase
3) Model number of the Campaign Product
4) Serial number of the Campaign Product
5) Upload invoice/receipt of purchase.

The guarantee extension will only be granted if you register within the Campaign Period and provide mandatory details mentioned above. Therefore, please fill in these details when registering the Campaign Product on the respective promotional page (Learn More page/Or My Panasonic page, please see URL for landing pages above) within the Campaign Period. Once you have registered, you will be given access to your guarantee extension certificate. Please keep the guarantee extension certificate in a safe place. It will serve as proof of your registration within the Campaign Period in the event of a guarantee claim.
In the event of a guarantee claim, the guarantee extension certificate and the original purchase receipt with the current invoice number and VAT shown must be presented in order to obtain guarantee service. If the above-mentioned and your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, the guarantee extension will not be granted.
3. Participants
Participation is possible for private persons from the age of 18.

7.Applicable law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to these Campaign conditions, to the exclusion of international conflict law, in particular the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8. Ineffectiveness of individual clauses
Should any clause of these Campaign conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining Campaign conditions shall remain unaffected.
