People with disabilities or difable (=differently abled) are every individual with physical, mental, intellectual, and sensory limitations who has difficulty interacting with their surroundings. Therefore, they often experience obstacles in participating fully and effectively with other communities based on equal rights.
Panasonic-GOBEL Art Charity “ART with HEART” is one of the Panasonic-GOBEL group’s unique programs for the Indonesian people which supports inclusiveness as well as Indonesia fine art. This year, after successfully holding it in 2023, for the second time Panasonic-GOBEL is holding a collaboration between 12 difable artists and 12 well-known fine arts artist from Yogyakarta – Jakarta – Bandung, to express their work and creativity on electronics products and canvas or other media, from 19-23 February 2025 at the Main Atrium of Gandaria City, South of Jakarta
The event itself was officially opened by the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Giring Ganesha who greatly appreciated Panasonic-GOBEL's initiative towards the inclusivity of fine arts, and hoped to make "ART with HEART" an annual agenda.
All non-disabled artists from Yogya, Bandung, and Jakarta were no less enthusiastic by coming to the exhibition area to enliven and provide pre-auction support to the disabled artists who were their collaborators.
