Panasonic’s System Solutions Division, after a thorough study of the customer's internal goals and requirements, provided a comprehensive digital solution for all types of showroom formats. The solution included:

- Reception Area – Large-size digital displays placed for creating a grand entrance for customers as soon as they enter each showroom

- Lobby Area – One of the most unique and industry forward move wherein a total of 4 to 9 digital displays were combined to create a wholesome digital experience and convert a simple wall into a videowall

- Car Configurator – An interactive concept which allows customers to accessorize and customise cars getting a real-time visual experience of the modifications. All of this is enabled with our Interactive Flat Panel Displays creating a highly customised experience for each customer

- Central Audio Control – Media players have been deployed for centrally controlling the audio experience across the showroom

- Customer Interaction Room & Conference Room – To enhance and support the digital visual journey of the customer buying experience commercial displays and media players have been deployed

Technology Involved:

- Panasonic’s SignEdge, a Digital Signage Solution that seamlessly integrated with all Commercial Displays and Videowalls at MG showrooms, enabling complete control and management for all locations countrywide.

- Features of SignEdge included content management for displays remotely, monitoring of media players and displays, real-time alerts & notifications, and reporting & audit trails.

What was the impact of the solution deployed?

- The implementation led to a significant improvement in the end customer experience at MG showrooms.

- Full control over the content being played at dealerships across the country was achieved through centralized management via SignEdge.
