• The offers mentioned herein are valid from 1^st Oct’23 till 20^th Nov ’23 (“Offer Period”), only on purchase of select Panasonic branded products from Panasonic Authorized channels only. The offers are not applicable, and Panasonic shall not be responsible for Customer purchases made from any unauthorized dealers and/or channels. These offers are applicable only in PAN India except for Kerala region.
• Company shall mean Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited a Company existing under the laws of India, having its principal place of business at 12th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, N.H.-8, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana, India (hereinafter referred to as “company”/ “Panasonic”/” PANASONIC”/” Company” which expression shall where the context so admits include its affiliates, liquidators, successors, and assigns).
• Customer shall mean the individual (hereinafter referred to as the” customer”/ “Consumer” “end-user”/”end consumer”/”end Customer”) against whom the Original Purchase Invoice or billing has been raised by the Company.
• MRP (inclusive of all taxes) listed, is for one unit, wherever applicable. TDS shall be borne by the Customer as per applicable Laws. Product specifications, warranty, pricing, system, offers, components, terms or options available are all subject to change/ withdrawal, at any time, without prior notice.
• Finance offers are provided by respective financer/ bank/ dealers as per its sole discretion, and is subject to detailed terms and conditions, with respect to, maximum cashback, minimum transaction amount, period of credit, etc.
• EMI will vary from model to model and particular finance offers (herein after referred to as “Finance Offers”) are available only on specific products mentioned here in below. Panasonic is in no event shall be held responsible or liable for any claims/grievances against any of the Finance Offers, for any grievance/ complaints related to Finance Offers, the Customer shall approach the respective bank/ financier/ dealer and the Customer shall have no claim against Panasonic in this regard.
• The images are for representation purpose only and the actual products may vary.
• Offer is valid till stocks lasts within offer period. Any tax, including but not limited to, GST shall be extra and applicable on gifts.
• Warranty offers wherever mentioned are applicable from the date of purchase till the period mentioned for respective category. Free assured gifts are subject to availability at the store. Free assured gift will be handed to the Customer at the time of purchase by the authorized dealer and not to be claimed from Panasonic directly. Offers are not applicable on purchases conducted online and or through any e-commerce portal. The assured gifts are not redeemable in the form of cash. Combo offers wherever mentioned are subject to additional costs. Offers under any other schemes run by Panasonic, if any, cannot be clubbed together.
• The Warranty Period is from the date of purchase of the Product mentioned on Original Purchase Invoice. Warranty shall not be considered valid if the above referred documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.
• In no event shall Panasonic be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, or epidemics, pandemics, including but not limited to, COVID-19, any orders of the government/ statutory authority and/ or interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services, etc. Accordingly, all offers and timelines in these T&Cs are subject to the aforesaid force majeure event; lockdown and/ or subject to any central, state/ UT government notifications, orders, regulations, advisories, etc., issued from time to time.
• In case of any dispute related to these T&Cs and/ or offers, the decision of Panasonic shall be final and binding on all the parties. The offers are at the sole discretion of the Panasonic management and can be withdrawn at any given point of time without any prior notice. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.

BANK OFFERS

• All offers are valid till 20^th Nov'23 (unless mentioned/ provided otherwise) or till the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• Offer is available on selected products only, kindly check with store manager for offers before purchase.
• Product features may vary from model to model.
• EMI are finance offers brought by select finance companies and the offers are available at their sole discretion Only.
• Up to 20% or max Rs 15,000 (whichever is lower) Cashback Offer is applicable only on select LED models..
• Please check with store in charge. Cash back is governed by the terms and conditions of Bank/ finance company only and are at their sole discretion, Panasonic expressly disclaims any and all liability in any manner whatsoever.
• For availing the Cashback offer, payment is allowed only from one card per month (single payment cannot be divided between two or more cards). Cash back should appear on charge slip for applicability. Customers buy down charges may vary up to 4% depending upon Bank to Bank and on tenure of EMI as opted by the customer, please check the details before making any payment.
• Processing/ convenience fee charged on the transactions may also vary from Bank to Bank. Customers are advised to check with respective bank/ finance companies for details.
• All the finance offers are at the sole discretion of finance company and Panasonic expressly disclaims any liability in any manner whatsoever.
• Panasonic reserves the right to modify, alter, withdraw, or extend the offer at any point of time without any prior notice or justification.
• Offer(s) cannot be clubbed and gifts cannot be redeemed for cash at any point of time.
• Panasonic Products are available for purchase without the offers as well.
• By availing this offer, Customer agrees to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Privacy Policy and specifically agrees to be contacted by Panasonic in relation to the offers.
• Offer is applicable only on retail sales at selective outlets in selective cities and is not applicable on institutional sales, B2B, B2C, online channel, E-commerce, Government sales etc. and other modes of sales transactions which do not specifically fall under the category of retail sales.
• PANASONIC decision regarding all matters under offers shall be final and binding and no claims shall be entertained in this regard. The courts of judicature of Delhi shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any dispute/claims. For more information, please contact retailer/store manager.

CASH BACK OFFERS

FINANCE OFFERS

• Finance Offer is available at the sole discretion of finance/ dealer/ Bank.

• Processing fee is at the sole discretion of the financier/ dealer/ bank and subject to detailed terms and conditions w.r.t. maximum cashback, minimum transaction amount, period of credit, etc. offered by the respective financer.

• Offer valid at select locations, at select dealers under select credit documents only. EMI will vary from model to model.

• EMI is available only on Plutus / Pine Labs EDC terminals.

• The Finance Offers are available if the minimum purchase exceeds minimum purchase price mentioned by respective banks/ financers/ dealers. Panasonic in no manner whatsoever is responsible for any of the Finance Offers. For any grievance related to Finance Offers, the Customer shall approach the respective bank/ financier/ dealer and the Customer shall have no claim against Panasonic in this regard.

• The cashback amount to be credited after successful completion/ re-payment of complete loan amount.

• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.

INSTALLATION OFFER – PROCESS

• Customer to log call for installation at Panasonic ASC @080-6984-1333.
• Customer to keep ready valid Original Purchase Invoice of Panasonic Inverter Split AC Model
• Service Engineer to do standard installation at Rs.1200/- (Excluding of GST) basis the Model and Channel applicability of offer & collect copy of Original Purchase Invoice
• Installation at Rs.1200/- + GST is valid only when installation is done through Panasonic ASC/SSD.
• Offer valid only on installation done within 31days from the date of Original Purchase Invoice.
• Last date of Original Purchase Invoice should not be beyond 20^th November 2023.

INSTALLATION OFFER – EXCLUSIONS

• Any Institutional/ Online/ B2B/ Corporate Sales from any trade partner are not covered under this offer if the quantity exceeds more than 5 units of product at one time.
• NOT valid for any installation done directly by the trade partner (However, parties which have been authorised by Panasonic as SSD & having their own service set up will be authorised separately for Inverter AC installations.)
• If additional Copper Piping/Drainpipe/Power Cable above the standard length is required, then it will be provided at a additional cost to Customer.
• If Outdoor unit needs to be mounted on wall then additional Outdoor Bracket will be provided on chargeable basis.
• Any other fitting fixture that the Customer desires would be fixed on chargeable basis.
• Drilling (Core Cutting) or making hole in Roof & RCC for passage of installation piping to be arranged by the Customer.
• Glass Cutting or making hole in Glass for passage of Installation Piping is to be arranged by the Customer.
• For any additional work (other than those stated above) Customer has to pay extra money based on site condition.
• For Inverter Split AC Units Installation outside the municipal units of the Company or Authorised Dealer’s Service Centre, all expenses incurred during conveyance will be borne by and payable by the Customer.

Inverter AC : 1+4 Years PCB Warranty – T&C

• Warranty extension offer is applicable for selected Panasonic Inverter ACs (2019/20/21/22/23 inverter models) subject to invoicing done to the end Customer during specified time period.
• Warranty extension offer is valid for the Customer purchases between 1^st Oct’23 till 20^th Nov ’23
• Warranty extension offer (1+4 extended) on Indoor as well as Outdoor PCB only & labour.
• Warranty extension offer is void if product is opened /repaired by unauthorized service person/ centre and the unit shall be declared as tampered & no further warranty shall be applicable on such unit.
• Transportation of Units if required shall be charged extra during extended warranty period.
• Warranty extension is non-transferable & is applicable only for the first purchaser.
• The company reserves the right to withdraw or change warranty extension offer at its sole discretion at any point of time.
• Warranty extension offer shall be from the date of purchase & irrespective of the usage of AC & shall automatically expire once the stipulated period is over.
• Warranty extension circular communication supersedes all the previous communications on the said subject.
• Warranty extension scheme is not applicable to any Institutional buying /bulk buying /developer’s buying & quantity exceeding more than 5 Nos. at one time.
• Warranty extension scheme is applicable for the buying of Panasonic Split Air conditioners from Authorized Show rooms / Sales & service dealers only..
• Inclusion / Exclusion of any models under warranty extension scheme is sole discretion of Company.
• Preventive Maintenance Service from 2nd year till 5th year (which will be on chargeable basis) is done by Panasonic Authorized service partner only.
• All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in operation manual of the product except of those covered above
• Worth benefits are applicable inverter ac select models. It may vary model to model and depends on effective promotion period.

Fixed Speed KN Series 2020/21/22/23 Line-up : 1+4 Years PCB Warranty T&C

• Warranty extension offer is applicable for selected Panasonic FIXED SPEED Model ACs (KN Series – 2020/21/22/23 line-up) subject to invoicing done to the end Customer during specified time period.
• Warranty extension offer is valid for the Customer purchases between 1^st Oct’23 till 20^th Nov ’23
• Warranty extension offer (1+4 extended) on PCB.
• Warranty extension offer is void if product is opened /repaired by unauthorized service person/ centre and the unit shall be declared as tampered and no further warranty shall be applicable on such unit.
• Transportation of Units if required shall be charged extra during extended warranty period.
• Warranty extension is non-transferable & is applicable only for the first purchaser.

• Preventive Maintenance Service from 2nd year till 5th year (which will be on chargeable basis) is done by PI Authorized service partner only.
• All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in operation manual of the product except of those covered above.

Inverter AC: 10 Years Compressor Warranty

OFFER: We are pleased to continue the offer that effective from 1st Oct’23 till 20th Nov ’23 all sales of Inverter AC’s to Customers will carry a 10 (1+9) years warranty on compressors.

Inverter AC will come with a warranty of 10 (1+9) years on compressors from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY PERIOD: The Warranty Period is for 10 (1+9) Years on compressor from the date of purchase of this Product mentioned on Original Purchase Invoice. Warranty shall not be considered valid if the above referred documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.

Inverter – 10 Year Compressor Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS -1/2 :

• 10 (1+9) Year warranty on compressor is applicable only on 2019,2020,2021, 2022 & 2023 Inverter Models (List attached) Purchased between 01^St Apr 2019 to 20^th Nov 2023.
• 10 (1+9) Year warranty on compressor is applicable for sale through all authorized channels of Company except e-Commerce.
• The Purchaser has to provide Original Purchase Invoice at the time of availing the repair services.
• Total Warranty Period on the Compressor is limited to 10 Years from Date of Purchase, irrespective of the Period the Product was not in use or was under breakdown for repair.
• While Company undertakes responsibility to replace only the Compressor free of cost during Warranty Period. Cost of labour, transportation and other incidental expenditures shall be borne by the Customer after the lapse of first year of Product warranty.
• Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Authorized Service Centre or its Dealer's Service Centre. All parts removed/ replaced by the Company shall be the property of the Company. In the event the Company carries out repairs or replacement of any part during the said Warranty Period, the Warranty shall thereafter continue only for the remaining period of the Warranty Period. Any repairs done or replacement provided shall not extend the warranty term for the Products. This Warranty shall not apply with respect to the Products or any part thereof which has been subject to:
• Installation/repair by any unauthorized organization/ persons or repair/use of this Product or any accessories other than those specified by Company.
• Any damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the Product.
• If the Product/ part(s) Serial No. on the Product is mutilated, defaced or altered.
• Any damage to the Product including but not limited to damage by animals (e.g., Rat, lizard, insect, ants, etc.), input voltage beyond specifications, fire, lightening, water ingress, dust, riots, acts of God (like flood, earthquake, cyclone, storm, etc)
•  Use of harmful chemicals; improper heat load, Usage of Product in an abnormally corrosive alkaline/acidic atmosphere

WARRANTY TERMS -1/2 :

• Any change or defect resulting due to improper maintenance or any use contrary to the operations specified in the User’s Manual supplied with the Product.
• Damage or loss arising out of mishandling or incurred during transit; Any form of damage caused by using external stabilizer.
• The Company shall not be liable or be deemed to be in default for any non-functional or abnormal function with any external device connected with the Prod.
• While the Company will make every effort to carry out repairs/ replacement of parts at the earliest, it is however made explicitly clear that the Company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
• Any defect in the electrical installation or wiring at site has to be rectified by the Customer as per the recommendation of Company’s Authorized service representative. The Customer shall bear the cost of such rectification.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, where the Company is not able to replace the affected part, then Company's prevailing depreciation policy will be binding on the Customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of replacement of the affected part.
• For Product units installed outside the municipal limits of the Company or Authorized Dealer’s service centre, all expenses incurred in to & fro transportation of unit / parts, lodging, boarding, conveyance & other incidental charges will be borne by & payable in advance by the Customer.
