Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By proceeding with participation to, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’). If the Customer does not agree to these T&Cs, the Customer should not subscribe to the Offer.  Participation, subscription and registration to the Offer is voluntary.

• This Offer is hosted by Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt Ltd, a company having its registered office at 12^th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, NH-8, Gurgaon 122002, Haryana (‘Panasonic’). The Offer is valid only on the purchase of any Panasonic products worth Rs. 8,000/- & above including GST from authorized Panasonic exclusive outlet across India except the State of Tamil Nadu and Kerala for offer participation 
• T&Cs may be modified by Panasonic from time to time without any prior/public notice. Panasonic also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Offer, at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successful registration to the Offer and winning a Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
• Also, by participating in the manner provided above, and subscribing/registering to the Offer, the Customer:

1 Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to confirm to these T&Cs, any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto agrees to receive details and information about this Promotion on his/her mobile, through SMS or voice calls and Whatsapp.
1) Warrants the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that he/she has submitted.

1. OFFER DURATION

The Offer is valid from 22^nd September 2025– 5^th November 2025 on the purchase of Panasonic Products from Panasonic Exclusive Outlets only. Offer dates can be changed/extended as per the Panasonic’s sole decision.

2. ELIGIBILITY

a) Any Customer who is a citizen/resident of India and is 18 years of age or above:

i) Offer Applicable on purchase of Panasonic Products (RAC, CAC, Ref, Led , Microwave, Washing Machine & Audio from Panasonic Exclusive Outlets;
ii) Who is not barred by any legal disability.
iii) Who is not suffering from any mental disability
iv) Who has never been convicted in any criminal case; and\Who is a PAN card holder.
v) Offer is not applicable for Panasonic employee, field & off-roll support staff or associates & Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., their Promoters, clients, agents, and distributors
vi) With one mobile number, customer can upload one invoice only irrespective of number of products in the invoice from select categories.

3. OFFERS: Any Customer buying Products (Single / Multiple) is eligible to participate in given offer

SCRATCH & WIN (Assured Offer): consumers upon the purchase of Panasonic products worth Rs. 8000/- & above will scratch the card & win exciting rewards from below:

a. Assured Reward: Customers can win assured reward from the below options:
Rs. 500 or Rs. 1,000 denomination or Rs. 9,999 Myntra Gift Voucher (T&C apply) or Rs 50,000 Kalyan Jewellers Gold Voucher (T&C apply) subject to any applicable taxes Product(s).

AND

b. Discount benefits worth up to Rs. 25,000 to every customer across all major categories as per the customer’s age profile, lifestyle and hobbies like Grocery, Salon Pampering, Fashion, Health, Entertainment, Fitness, Food, Learning etc.
Each customer will have access to pick and choose & redeem benefits from their   favorite & preferred brand during the promo validity.

c. Bumper Reward -Free Home Makeover: Customers winning assured rewards will also be eligible for the Home Makeover offer where Lucky winner will get Panasonic products- i.e., LED Television, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Washing Machine & Microwave worth Rs. 2.5 lacs. TDS cost borne by customer. Lucky draw will be conducted during the Offer Period by an external auditor appointed for this promotion.

"Scratch & Win" Offer Participation Procedure:
Below steps to be followed for Scratch & Win activity.

A) Registration/Bill Upload Microsite

1. The customer scratches the panel to reveal the unique code & scans the QR code to visit our promotional site (http://www.scratchandwin.co.in/).
2. After entering the promotional website, the customer participates by providing the following details: Voucher Code (found on the scratch panel), Name, Email ID, Phone Number, City, Invoice Date, SKU Purchased, Model Number, Unique Product Serial Number, and uploading a copy of their bill/invoice.
3. The customer submits the details and, after successful OTP verification, scratches the card to reveal there award won.

B) Redemption Microsite

4. After successful bill validation (within 72 business hours), the customer receives a reward code and a weblink: (http://www.scratchandwinrewards.com/). The customer enters the reward code along with their Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number to claim the reward won and additional offers worth Rs. 25,000.

5. After submitting and completing OTP verification, the customer selects their preferred payment method to receive the cashback. For Myntra and Kalyan Jewellers vouchers, which are high-value rewards, promo codes will be sent via SMS/Email post validation.
In the case of Kalyan Jewellers vouchers: Agency concierge team will contact the customer to collect KYC details and authenticate them. After successful verification, agency will collect the Gift Tax. Once the Gift Tax is received, agency will proceed with sharing the details to redeem the reward. *Kalyan Jewellers T&C will apply.

6. For any offer redemption (Assured & Bumper) installation from Panasonic authorized service center is mandatory except – Direct Cool Refrigerators (DC), MWO (Microwave Oven) & SAWM (Semi-Automatic Washing Machine) . Product validation for these products will be done by backend team.
# Panasonic may refer customer installation data or sellout data.

On Successful Registration If the Customer has won a Panasonic gift pursuant to the Lucky Draw, the Customer will be sent a Confirmation SMS Message regarding winning of Gift from authorized Program management company Big City (Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.) on behalf of Panasonic which shall be delivered to him as per company policy.  Thereafter, Customer shall have to share the purchase invoice copy/information of the Product, Personal details like Pan Card, Address proof, email id to validate participation with Panasonic’s Authorized Program Management Company (PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD.) via Email/WhatsApp/Tele Verification.

7. The gifts against each unique code shall be randomly selected through Lucky Draw conducted by external auditor (Batliboi & Purohit having registered office at - 204 National Insurance Building, D N Road, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001 Contact number - 022 2207 7941) appointed for this promotion. The draw shall be random in nature and chances for winning shall be evenly distributed.
Each Home Makeover draw package includes set of 5 products (LED, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner & Microwave) that will be offered to the winner. Home makeover Package includes- One unit each- 55" LED, 3 Star Inverter Split RAC, TG Series FF Ref, 8.5 Kg TLWM & 23 L Convection MWO.

8. Each Home Makeover draw is worth Rs 2.5 lacs, the model selection for the gift is totally at the discretion of Panasonic & cannot be challenged in any court of law.

9. Each winner has to pay TDS applicable on gift in advance in favor of” Panasonic Life solutions India Private Limited. via Demand Draft/RTGS to claim winning products, details for RTGS are given below -

10. Panasonic will issue & settle Home Makeover gift products to all winners maximum by 90 days of completion of the offer period i.e. 3rd Feb 2026 and is subjected to availability of products.

11. The dates for Home Makeover lucky draw are mentioned below

All customers to register the voucher on or before 15^th of Nov 2025 (last Day of registration) beyond which no registration or claim will be entertained

Challans /invoices without clear store GST details, or photocopied, scanned, illegible, tampered, or defaced bills/invoices will not be considered for any offer.

A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per account, per invoice during the promotion period

12. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice. The customer purchase invoice should have customer's name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.

13. The same reward code will be required to avail the additional discount offers worth Rs. 25,000

14. Panasonic has the right from time to time change, add, and/or modify the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion

Panasonic will be responsible for transport cost incurred in sending the gifts to the winner’s address.

15.Panasonic hold no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
