The “Bring Home Celebrations” offers are valid from 1^st October 2026 to 30^th November 2026 (“Offer Period”), both dates inclusive, or until the allocated promotional stock or benefit is exhausted, whichever is earlier, only on the purchase of Panasonic branded products from Panasonic authorized channels, Panasonic-authorized online channels or e-commerce platforms. These offers shall not be applicable, and Panasonic shall not be liable, for customer purchases made from any unauthorized dealers and/or channels.
Maximum Retail Price (MRP) (inclusive of all taxes) listed, is for one unit, wherever applicable. Applicable tax shall be borne by the customer as per applicable Laws. Product specifications, warranty, pricing, system, offers, components, terms or options available are all subject to change/ withdrawal, at any time, without prior notice.
Cashback, instant discount, zero-down-payment and EMI benefits are provided through participating banks, card issuers, financiers or dealers (“Financing Partners”) and are subject to their eligibility checks and applicable offers and other terms. The Financing Partners shall disclose the interest, processing fee, down payment, advance EMI, minimum transaction value, tenure, cashback cap and credit timeline before completion of the transaction, which may vary depending upon various condition of sale, including but not limited to, the product model number, applicable finance offer, tenure.
For any grievance/ complaints related to Finance Offers, the customer shall approach the respective bank/ financier/ dealer, and the customer shall have no claim against Panasonic in this regard.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an Offer cannot be combined with another Panasonic promotional offer on the same product.
Product images are for representational purposes. However, the product supplied shall conform to the applicable product description, model and specifications stated on the invoice and packaging, subject to applicable law.
Warranty offers wherever mentioned are applicable from the date of purchase till the period mentioned in the product warranty card for the respective product category. Warranty shall not be considered valid if the above-mentioned document is not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the warranty card is found tampered.
Free assured gifts are subject to availability at the time of purchase at the store. Free assured gift will be handed to the customer at the time of purchase by the authorized dealer and shall not be claimed from Panasonic directly. Offers are not applicable on purchases conducted online and or through any e-commerce portal. The assured gifts shall not be redeemable in the form of cash. Offers under any other schemes run by Panasonic, if any, cannot be clubbed together.

Panasonic shall not be liable for delay or failure in providing an Offer benefit to the extent caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, government restriction, disruption of utilities or communications, industrial action or interruption in supply. Panasonic shall take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact and, where feasible, provide the affected benefit within a reasonable extended period or offer a reasonably equivalent alternative. In case of any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions and/ or offers, the decision of Panasonic shall be final and binding on all the parties. The offers are at the sole discretion of Panasonic management and can be withdrawn at any given point of time without any prior notice. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law, courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.

FINANCE OFFERS

Finance Offer for purchasing Panasonic product is subject to the approval and at sole discretion of financing institution and/or Bank and/or card issuer (“Financing Partners”).
The processing fee is at the sole discretion of the Financing Partners and subject to detailed terms and conditions with respect to maximum cashback, minimum transaction amount, period of credit, etc. as may be notified by the respective Financing Partners, from time to time.
Offer valid at select locations, at select dealers under select credit documents only. Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) will vary from model to model.
Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) is available on Plutus / Pine Labs EDC terminals, Paytm EDC terminals & Benow/Amazon merchant App.
* EMI conversion is the sole discretion of Card Issuer Bank. For Non - Conversion to EMI the customer needs to connect with their respective bank.
* In case the transaction is not done under Panasonic Brand EMI option, Panasonic will not be responsible for any claim from the Customer.

The Finance Offers are available if the purchase amount exceeds the minimum purchase price mentioned by respective Financing Partners. Panasonic in no manner whatsoever is responsible for any of the Finance Offers. For any grievance related to Finance Offers, the customer shall approach the respective Financing Partners, and the customer shall have no claim against Panasonic in this regard.
Cashback, instant discount or other finance benefit, as applicable, shall be processed by the relevant Financing Partners in accordance with its terms. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
For further finance related applicable terms & conditions, cardholders must check the same with relevant Financing Partners in advance.

INSTALLATION OFFER – PROCESS

Consumer to log call for installation at Panasonic Authorized Service Center (ASC)
Consumer to keep ready valid Invoice Copy of Panasonic Inverter Split AC Model
Service Engineer to do standard installation basis the Model and Channel applicability of offer & collect copy of Invoice.
Standard Installation at Rs.1200/- + GST is applicable only when installation is done through Panasonic Authorized Service Center (ASC)/Panasonic Authorized Service Partner (SSD).
Offer applicable only on installation done within 31 days from the date of Invoice.
Last date of Invoice should not be beyond 30^th November 2026.

INSTALLATION OFFER – EXCLUSIONS

Any Institutional/ Online/ B2B/ Corporate Sales from any trade partner are not covered under this offer if the quantity exceeds more than 5 units at one time.
NOT valid for any installation done directly by the trade partner (However, parties which have been authorised by Panasonic as Panasonic Authorized Service Partner (SSD) & having their own service set up will be authorised separately for Inverter AC installations.)
If additional Copper Piping/Drainpipe/Power Cable above the standard length is required, then it will be provided at a cost to the Cust
If Outdoor unit needs to be mounted on wall, then additional Outdoor Bracket will be provided on chargeable basis.
Any other fitting fixture that the customer desires would be fixed on chargeable basis.
Drilling (Core Cutting) or making hole in Roof & RCC for passage of installation piping to be arranged by the customer.
Glass Cutting or making hole in Glass for passage of Installation Piping is to be arranged by the Customer.
For any additional work (other than those stated above) the customer must pay extra money based on site conditions.
For Inverter Split AC Units Installation outside the municipal units of the Panasonic or Authorised Dealer’s Service Centre, all expenses incurred during conveyance will be borne by and payable by the customer

Inverter AC: 1+4 Years PCB Warranty – Terms and Conditions of the Offers

A warranty extension offer is applicable for selected Panasonic Inverter ACs (2019/20/21/22/23/24/25/26 inverter models) subject to invoicing done to the end Customer during specified period.
The warranty extension offer is valid for the customer purchases between 1^st October 2026 to 30^th November 2026.
Warranty extension offers (1+4 extended) on Indoor as well as Outdoor PCB only & labour.
The warranty extension offer is void if the product is opened /repaired by unauthorized service person/ centre and the unit shall be declared as tampered & no further warranty shall be applicable on such unit.
Transportation of Units if required shall be charged extra during extended warranty period.
The warranty extension is non-transferable & is applicable only for the first purchaser.
Panasonic reserves the right to withdraw or change the warranty extension offer at its sole discretion at any point of time.
The warranty extension offer shall be from the date of purchase & irrespective of the usage of AC & shall automatically expire once the stipulated period is over.
Warranty extension circular communication supersedes all the previous communications on the said subject.
Warranty extension scheme is not applicable to any Institutional buying /bulk buying /developer’s buying & quantity exceeds more than 5 units at one time.
A warranty extension scheme is applicable for the buying of Panasonic Split Air conditioners from Authorized Showrooms / Sales & service dealers only.
Inclusion / Exclusion of any models under warranty extension scheme is sole discretion of Panasonic.
Preventive Maintenance Service from 2^nd year till 5^th year (which will be on a chargeable basis) is done by Panasonic Authorized service partner only.
All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the operation manual of the product except for those covered above.

Fixed Speed KN Series 2020/21/22/23/24/25/26 Line-up: 1+4 Years PCB Warranty Terms and Conditions of the Offers

Warranty extension offer is applicable for selected Panasonic FIXED SPEED Model ACs (KN Series – 2020/21/22/23/24/25/26 line-up) subject to invoicing done to the end Customer during specified period.
The warranty extension offer is valid for the customer purchases between 1^st October 2026 to 30^th November 2026.

Inverter AC: 10 Years Compressor Warranty

OFFER: We are pleased to continue the offer effective 1^st October 2026 to 30^th November 2026 for all sales of Inverter ACs to customers will carry a 10 (1+9) years warranty on compressors. Inverter AC will come with a warranty of 10 (1+9) years on compressors from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY PERIOD: The warranty period is for 10 (1+9) Years on compressor from the date of purchase of this product mentioned on Original Purchase Invoice. Warranty shall not be considered valid if the above referred documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the Warranty Card is found tampered.

Inverter – 10 Year Compressor Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS -1/2:

10 (1+9) Year warranty on compressor is applicable only in 2019, 2020,2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Inverter Models. Purchased between 1^st October 2026 to 30^th November 2026.
10 (1+9) Year warranty on compressor is applicable for sale through all authorized channels of Panasonic except e-Commerce.
The Purchaser must provide original Invoice at the time of availing the repair services.
Total Warranty Period on the Compressor is limited to 10 Years from date of purchase, irrespective of the period the product was not in use or was under breakdown for repair.
While Panasonic undertakes responsibility to replace only the Compressor free of cost during Warranty Period. Cost of labour, transportation and other incidental expenditures shall be borne by the Customer after the lapse of first year of product warranty.
Repairs or replacement will be carried out through Panasonic’s Authorized Service Centre or its Dealer's Service Centre. All parts removed/ replaced by the Panasonic shall be the property of the Panasonic. In the event the Panasonic carries out repairs or replacement of any part during the said Warranty Period, the Warranty shall thereafter continue only for the remaining period of the Warranty Period. No repairs done or replacement provided shall extend the warranty term for the products.
This warranty shall not apply with respect to the products or any part thereof which has been subject to:
Installation/repair by any unauthorized organization/ persons or repair/use of this product or any accessories other than those specified by Panasonic.
Any damages resulting from unauthorized adaptations or adjustments to the product.
If the product/ part(s) Serial No. on the product is mutilated, defaced or altered.
Any damage to the product including but not limited to damage by animals (e.g. Rat, lizard, insect, ants, etc.), input voltage beyond specifications, fire, lightening, water ingress, dust, riots, acts of God (like flood, earthquake, cyclone, storm, etc.)
Use of harmful chemicals; improper heat load, Usage of product in an abnormally corrosive alkaline/acidic atmosphere.

WARRANTY TERMS -1/2:

Any change or defect resulting due to improper maintenance or any use contrary to the operations specified in the User’s Manual supplied with the product.
Damage or loss arising out of mishandling or incurred during transit; Any form of damage caused by using external stabilizer.
Panasonic shall not be liable or deemed to be in default for any non-functional or abnormal function with any external device connected with the Prod.
While Panasonic will make every effort to carry out repairs/ replacement of parts at the earliest, it is however made explicitly clear that Panasonic is under no obligation to do so in a specified period.
Any defect in the electrical installation or wiring at site has to be rectified by the Customer as per the recommendation of Panasonic’s Authorized service representative. The Customer shall bear the cost of such rectification.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, where Panasonic is not able to replace the affected part, then Panasonic's prevailing depreciation policy will be binding on the customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of replacement of the affected part.
For product units installed outside the municipal limits of Panasonic or Authorized Dealer’s service centre, all expenses incurred in to & for transportation of unit / parts, lodging, boarding, conveyance & other incidental charges will be borne by & payable in advance by the Customer.
