SMART CARE App
The Panasonic SMART CARE App is a digital platform for service and warranty support and replaces physical invoices or warranty card along with providing support for various other services.
As the first appliances brand in the region to launch a digital warranty system, Panasonic has eliminated the need for keeping physical invoice copies and warranty cards with the SMART CARE App. The app is a one-stop window to manage your Panasonic product warranty and service request accessible at your fingertips. Customers do not need to keep any purchase invoice or warranty card. On registering a product online, they will get paperless warranty support, a first in the region.
This user-friendly app is compatible with Android and iOS devices, and can be found free to download from the app store/google play by searching “Panasonic Smart Care”.

● Multiple products can be registered at any time after the purchase is done.
● Registration process is easy and requires only the details mentioned on the invoice.
● In case the physical invoice is misplaced, eWarranty can be referred to check the warranty validity.
● Warranty period will be calculated automatically based on registration details as per the invoice.
● eWarranty card will be issued to customer if product is under warranty.
● Domestic, International & Extended warranties are also supported under this function.
● Warranty validity starts from the invoice date (not from the date of registration).
● Warranty validity can be tracked after registration.

Panasonic SMART CARE App helps to locate your nearest Panasonic Authorized Service Center based on your geo-location. It helps to reduce your time in searching for Panasonic Authorized Service Centers near to you and indicates the time it would take to reach the center.
Searching the location has been made easy as you can type the name of the city, location or complete name of the service center to look for it on the App
Panasonic service centers are seamlessly integrated with the Panasonic SMART CARE App, and that allows for you to use the wonderful new feature: Service Request & Tracking.
Now you can initiate a service request from the app itself. Upon requesting for service, you can select the nearest Panasonic Authorized Service Centre, and schedule the repair. This feature can be availed for registered Panasonic products only. After the service commences, the progress can then be tracked till the time your repaired appliance is returned to you.
