1. Organizer
The organizer of the "S5 + 2 years guarantee extension" campaign (hereinafter “Campaign”) is Panasonic Nordic, Filial till Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Germany with its registered office at Sundbybergsvägen, SE-171 73 SOLNA, Sweden (hereinafter "we").
2. Guarantee extension and conditions of participation
The guarantee extension of 1 years* for the respective product LUMIX DC-S5KE-K/DC-S5E-K which is part of the Campaign will be extended by 2 additional year free of charge if you purchase a LUMIX DC-S5KE-K/DC-S5E-K - in the campaign period from 15.08.2021 to 30.09.2021 (hereinafter “Campaign Period”) at any of our authorized shops - and register the LUMIX DC-S5KE-K/DC-S5E-K from 15.08.2021 to 31.10.2021 in accordance with these Campaign conditions on our Campaign page at

To do so, simply create your My Panasonic account, depending on availability in your country. If you already have a My Panasonic account then please add the purchased LUMIX DC-S5KE-K/DC-S5E-K to your product registration.
Then register your LUMIX DC-S5KE-K/DC-S5E-K by providing the following mandatory information:
1) Where was the Campaign Product purchased?
2) Date of purchase
3) Model number of the Campaign Product
4) Serial number of the Campaign Product
5) Upload invoice/receipt of purchase.
The guarantee extension will only be granted if you register within the Campaign Period and provide mandatory details mentioned above. Therefore, please fill in these details when registering the Campaign Product on the respective promotional page (Learn More page/My Panasonic page, please see URL for landing pages above) within the Campaign Period. Once you have registered, you will be given access to your guarantee extension certificate. It will serve as proof of your registration within the Campaign Period in the event of a guarantee claim.
In the event of a guarantee claim, the guarantee extension certificate and the original purchase receipt with the current invoice number and VAT shown must be presented in order to obtain guarantee service. If the above-mentioned and your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, the guarantee extension will not be granted.
The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Campaign as far as the Promoter is not responsible for it.
Registrations made by fax, telephone, email or post will not be accepted.
Illegible, altered or incomplete registrations or such registrations which are not compliant with these Campaign conditions will be deemed void. If you purchase DC-S5KE-K please register your kit (containing body and lens) together simultaneously under DC-S5KE-K and not as two single registrations (e. g. body only and lens only). Separate registrations will not be accepted.
3. Participants
Participation is possible from the age of 18.

6. Miscellaneous
By participating in this Campaign, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these Campaign conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Campaign conditions at any time and to amend or withdraw this Campaign at any time.
7. Ineffectiveness of individual clauses
Should any clause of these Campaign conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining Campaign conditions shall remain unaffected.
