Terms & Conditions
1. Panasonic Singapore (UEN 52940054E), having its principal place of business at 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, #02-02, Singapore 469332 ("Panasonic") is participating in the National Environment Agency's Climate Friendly Households Programme. Further information can be found at <Climate Vouchers>.
2. Each household is eligible to apply one set of $300 and one set of $100 Climate Vouchers from the same household. Only a maximum of $400 in Climate Vouchers is allowed per transaction
3. The voucher is only applicable to purchases from the following eligible categories:
○ Refrigerators with 3 Ticks and above
○ Washing Machines with 4 Ticks
○ Air Conditioners with 5 Ticks
4. Upon order confirmation, our customer care team will contact you to arrange a date for climate voucher scanning. After the scanning is completed, our logistics team will contact you separately to schedule the delivery date.
Orders will only be processed after full payment is made.
5. During voucher scanning:
○ For Digital Voucher – Panasonic staff will check that the address on digital voucher matches customers’ address on personal identification document. Please provide a valid proof of address and with eligible Climate Voucher amount for scanning on or before delivery.
○ Printed Voucher – Panasonic staff will check that the name on printed voucher matches customers’ name on personal identification document. Please provide a valid proof of name and with eligible Voucher amount for scanning on or before delivery
6. Climate Vouchers cannot be refunded once scanned, and no differential amount will be refunded. Exchanges of any products sold are subject to Panasonic's exchange policy.
7. Panasonic may amend the above terms & conditions or cease participation in the Climate Friendly Households Programme without prior notice.
8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. By redeeming your climate vouchers with Panasonic, you agree to the above terms and conditions. NEA's terms and conditions also apply. Panasonic may reject any orders if the use of the climate vouchers are not in accordance with Panasonic and NEA's terms and conditions.
