1. The Panasonic Bread Maker Product Evaluation (hereinafter referred to as 'the Product Evaluation') is organised by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, a company registered in England and Wales with branch number BR015033 and registered address at Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1RT ('Panasonic').
Eligibility
2. The Product Evaluation is accessible to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) who are at least 18 years old, excluding employees and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of their place of residence) of Panasonic, its affiliates, their agents or anyone professionally involved in the Product Evaluation.
3. Applications for the Product Evaluation open on 25/06/2025 and close at 23:59 on 10/07/2025 ("the Application Period"). Applications submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. The Product Evaluation will take place in the week beginning 08/07/2025 and will be conducted via an online interview on Zoom, depending on schedule and availability. It is expected that the duration of the Product Evaluation will be approximately 60 minutes.
Entry Process
5. To be considered for an invitation to participate in the Product Evaluation, potential participants must click on the 'Arrange Appointment' button in the confirmation e-mail sent by Panasonic to confirm their interest in the survey.
6. Participants may only submit one request to participate in the Product Evaluation.
7. Incomplete, incorrect or invalid applications will not be considered.
8. Participation is conditional on the participants' commitment to strict adherence to the rules of the Product Evaluation.
9. Panasonic reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
10. Panasonic reserves the right to disqualify and immediately remove from the list of participants in the Product Evaluation any entries deemed to be in bad faith, fraudulent, illegal or showing illegal, immoral, obscene or disrespectful behaviour.
11. Panasonic reserves the right to exclude participants and not to award the gift if they violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Panasonic's decision is final and no further correspondence will be opened on the matter.
13. Panasonic is not responsible for late, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries, nor for situations where entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.
Gift
14. The gift will be an £80 Amazon voucher.
15. This gift is not convertible into cash.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Panasonic reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equal or higher value if the original gift is not available.
17. The gift will be sent by e-mail and participants will receive it by 15th July. In case of unforeseen circumstances or if Panasonic cannot deliver the gift within this period, participants will receive it as soon as possible after this date.
Selection of participants
18. Potential participants in the Product Evaluation will be evaluated according to the order of application received.
19. Selected participants will be contacted by Leyhausen Research GmbH ("Leyhausen") to agree on the time, date and method of the Product Evaluation. If a participant does not respond to Leyhausen's communication within 48 hours, another participant will be chosen from the remaining eligible participants. Therefore, please check your telephone and e-mail regularly by 10th July in order not to be disappointed.
20. If the selected participant is unavailable or cannot take part in the Product Evaluation, an alternative participant will be chosen from the remaining eligible participants.
21. If a participant does not meet the eligibility criteria, a new participant will be selected from the remaining entries that meet the requirements.
22. If a participant fails to show up for the Product Evaluation or arrives 10 minutes or more late for any reason, he/she will lose the right to participate in the Product Evaluation and to receive the gift.
Data protection and privacy
23. Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with relevant UK Data Protection legislation (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Regulation 2018) and will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the data subject, except to fulfil the obligations of the Product Evaluation. General Information
24. Participants authorise Panasonic to use their contribution for promotion and marketing activities. This could include the use of the data provided with the contribution. By participating in the Product Evaluation, participants also agree to take part in any reasonable marketing and promotional activities requested by Panasonic.
25. Panasonic reserves the right to cancel the Product Evaluation or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website.
26. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
