1. Panasonic UK Share & Win Sticker (hereafter referred to as “the Giveaway”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH whose registered address is Maxis 2, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1RT, UK (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
2. The Giveaway is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway.
3. The Giveaway starts at 00:01 on 1st November 2024 and closes 23:59 on 28th February 2025 (“the Giveaway Period”). Any entries posted or submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
Entry Process
4. In order to qualify for the Giveaway, users must: -
Post the EH-NA0J Hair Dryer on their Instagram feed with #PanasonicSelfCare and tag @panasonicpersonalcare
Instagram account must be set to public for the entire duration of the Giveaway
Stories Posts will not be eligible
Private accounts will not be eligible
Entries must not contain any offensive, inappropriate or defamatory material
5. Entrants can enter the Giveaway only once.
6. Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
7. It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Giveaway.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or extend this giveaway at any time. All decisions are final.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries, if the Promoter considers such entries to be in bad faith, fraudulent, illegal or showing any illegal, immoral, lewd or disrespectful behaviour.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties.
Prize
14. During the Giveaway Period there will be 1 winner who will be contacted once the giveaway is over.
15. The prize will be a Panasonic self-care kit which includes the following products: EH-XS01 Facial Steamer, EH- HS0E Hair Straightener, ES-WM31 Body & Bikini Trimmer Kit, ES-EY90 Epilator, and EW-DJ86 Oral Irrigator .
16. There is no cash alternative to this prize. The prize is also non-transferable.
17.In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.
18. The Prize will be delivered by commercial courier to the address provided once contacted.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or issues with the delivery once the prize has been dispatched.
Winner selection
20. The winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random.
21. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram within 10 days after the end of the giveaway. If the winner fails to acknowledge its prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries. Please, therefore ensure that you check your social media notifications regularly on or before the Giveaway closing date to avoid any disappointment.
22. If it transpires that the winner has not met the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries.
Privacy and Data Protection
23. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK Data Protection Regulation 2018) and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the Giveaway. General
24. The Participants grant a non-exclusive licence to the Promotor to use their entry for relevant marketing and promotional activities. This may include data which is provided in conjunction with this entry. By participating in this Giveaway, the winners also agrees to participate in any reasonable marketing and promotional activities required by the Promoter.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website.
26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
