Since the founding of our company in 1918, we have been carrying out all of our activities following our basic management philosophy, which commits us to making a contribution through our business operations to improving the lives of people around the world, and to the further progress of society. Always making “people” central to our activities, and thereby focusing on “people’s lives,” we will continue to provide better living for our customers. This is the unchanging commitment we at Panasonic have had over many years.

And what we are aiming for now is to keep on providing “better living” everywhere, meeting the needs of each individual customer. In a variety of spaces where our customers go about their lives, spaces ranging from inside the home, the office, the store, the automobile, and the airplane, as well as the town, we will provide not only single pieces of hardware, but also total solutions including software and services. We will pursue the concept of “A Better Life, A Better World,” meeting the needs of each individual customer.

To that end, we will leverage the strengths that we at Panasonic have long developed in our consumer electronics business, and the strengths of our business partners who have in-depth expertise in each space, and will work to combine these strengths pursuing “Cross-Value Innovation.” In this way, we will create new value, value that has never been seen before.
