Senior Product Marketing Manager
I have been with Panasonic Australia for a little over 18 months as a Product Marketing Manager in the Security Systems business division. During this time I have had the opportunity to work with a fantastic team who helped with a smooth transition into the company, as well as helped me progress within my role. I also received great support from the management team, and my aspirations and desire to experience new roles were taken on board during the annual appraisals. With my recent elevation to the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager in the mobile solutions business division, I feel that the company really do help employees in the development of their careers.

Regional Marketing Manager
I was initially employed at Panasonic within the Product Marketing team, a pivotal role that supported a number of marketing, sales, and engineering job functions. Over the years, with the support from senior management, I’ve managed to progress into a more senior position in Marketing Communications.
As a marketing professional I’ve always been particular about the organisations I’ve worked for, ensuring that company values and culture align with my own personal beliefs. Panasonic has been no exception, providing great care for employees and ensuring that training and support is always at hand for those willing to progress their career.
Category & Planning Manager
The best part of working for Panasonic is the wonderful group of people I get to work with and the enjoyable work environment they create. In my career I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for Panasonic both in Japan and for the last 9 years in Australia. During this time Panasonic Australia has provided me with opportunities to grow and challenge myself, and the support and training required to be successful. I started in the Consumer Electronics Group as an Analyst in 2010, became a Product Manager in 2011, Planning Team Manager in 2015 and in 2019 I have taken on an exciting new role of Home Appliance Category & Planning Manager. I am also very grateful to my managers at Panasonic for supporting me as a working Mum, in particular giving me the flexibility I need to support my family while achieving my career goals.
Associate Product Manager
Panasonic is a very rewarding place to work. I began my journey with the company in 2014 when I was selected as a marketing graduate upon completion of my university degree. Panasonic have been fantastic at encouraging my personal development. For example, I was able to attend media training sessions with a 3rd party to develop confidence in public speaking and addressing external stakeholders.
My hard work has been acknowledged as I have been promoted once to an Analyst and again to my current role as Associate Product Manager. I take great pride in working for a global, reputable brand that is known for its quality and innovation. An experience that I will never forget is travelling to Japan to see the products I manage being built from scratch. The technology and processes that create such superior products and solutions are truly incredible.
