Reporting into the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be the subject matter expert for all aspects of our air conditioning products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner and provide technical support to Panasonic Air-conditioner users over the phone and ensure issues are resolved
  • Conduct technical training and product operation support to internal staff and service providers
  • Review and investigate product performance and liaise with stakeholders to resolve product related matters
  • Engage with the wider Panasonic business to support product sales
  • Work with your team members to achieve the overall team objectives by drawing on the collective skills of the team

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A current Refrigerant Handling Licence and relevant HVAC Qualifications (Cert III Air conditioning & Refridgeration) 
  • Experience providing support and quality assurance on air-conditioning products
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with all types of customers
  • Demonstrates an effective problem-solving, and pro-active approach

  • Creation of market analysis and reporting data received from retailers to track sell in and sell through performance
  • Providing the Product team with an overview of the competitive position in the market highlighting the key trends, opportunities and risks to the team
  • Taking on the role of a ‘Super User’ of internal systems and processes

You may currently work in a Transport or warehouse operational environment and be seeking to hone your administration and supplier management skills.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in Transport operations, and or, a sophisticated warehouse environment

  • Be analytical and financially aware

We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to work within our PSSOC team. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive the ongoing development and maintenance of the Salesforce platforms while liaising with third party providers on key projects and initiatives. The role plays a major part in supporting sales and marketing across all business units to deliver the highest level of customer service and partner engagement possible. This role reports to the National Manager – Marketing.

Job Description

You will utilise your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience and problem solving ability to advise, build, support, deliver and maintain business solutions using various Salesforce applications. You will be required to build deep relationships across the business and demonstrate to stakeholders the value of initiatives that are undertaken.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM, customisations and associated applications.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data hygiene/integrity and ensure proper documentation and change processes are implemented.
  • First point of contact for support and the triaging of issues.
  • The development of business reports and dashboards and assisting users in the development and maintenance of their own reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with users (many of which have basic IT knowledge), management and other key stakeholders to define, analyse and design process improvements and provide suggestions for change.
  • Regular communication with users across local and state offices to provide training. Training will include the on-boarding of new staff, ongoing refresher sessions for existing users, and the education of new Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain the integration of various data sources and digital platforms, spanning across Sales, Marketing, and Service departments.
  • Support other CRM and process improvement related projects and activities.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Skills and experience:

  • Salesforce administration experience, ideally with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Console usage, combined with a strong understanding of the wider Salesforce product suite.
  • Experience in building Partner Communities
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations (validation rules, workflows, assignment rules, approval processes, reports & dashboards, access control, custom objects & fields)
  • Experience working within a commercial environment on project implementations
  • Experience with developing and facilitating training workshops for internal stakeholders with the ability to drive end user adoption
  • High level of communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders and influence change
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills are essential, ideally with a high attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across the organisation.
  • An adaptable and proactive attitude with the willingness to investigate problems and suggest solutions
  • The ability to work independently on assigned projects but also contribute in a team environment.
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • At least 2-4 years of system administration/management experience across Salesforce platforms
  • Holds active Salesforce certifications; minimum Salesforce certified administrator. Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Developer certifications will also be looked upon favourably.
