Golden Roast Potatoes
For normal roasts or for a special Christmas dinner, these golden delights will have all heads turned! Made easily in our Panasonic Convection Microwaves, they are no fuss and very yummy.

Ingredients

500 g potatoes (peeled and quartered)
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp oil
3 garlic cloves (left whole, optional)
1 pinch rock salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 sprig of rosemary (for garnish)
Steps
STEP 1
Peel and cut potatoes into even-sized pieces. Weigh the potatoes ready to enter on the auto program.
STEP 2
Place in the glass shelf. Add 1-3 tbsp of olive oil and a few cloves of garlic if desired.
STEP 3
Place in the lower shelf position.
STEP 4
Cook on CONVECTION 250°C + GRILL 1 + MICROWAVE for 30 mins or until golden and crunchy, turning and basting potatoes during cooking.
STEP 5
Remove when cooked and garnish with salt, pepper, and a fresh rosemary sprig.
