Granola Bars
Enjoy these granola bars as a snack or for breakfast with a nice glass of almond milk.

Ingredients

100 g almond milk scraps
30 g coconut oil
100 g pitted dates
25 g puffed millet
20 g dark chocolate (75%)
35 g concentrated apple juice (or agave syrup)
30 g chia seeds
1 pinch of whole salt
Steps
STEP 1
Blend the soaked dates using an immersion blender.
STEP 2
After breaking the dark chocolate into small flakes, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make the mixture homogeneous.
STEP 3
Cover the pan with baking paper and roll the dough to form a rectangle with a uniform thickness throughout. Use a spatula to define the sides and form the bars.
STEP 4
Bake at 40°C for 12 hours.
STEP 5
Store the bars in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
