Paprika Chicken with Steamed Vegetables
This chicken seasoned in herbs and spices with oriental vegetables makes a delicious meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

50 g baby French beans (sliced)
50 g asparagus (sliced)
50 g carrots (sliced)
50 g lady’s fingers (sliced)
50 g radish (sliced)
sesame oil (to taste)
A dash of chicken stock
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
sugar (to taste)
200g boneless chicken thigh
Marinade Ingredients
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
50 g onions (chopped)
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig thyme
3 tbsp paprika powder
olive oil (as needed)
A dash lemon juice
Steps
STEP 1
Cut the vegetables and season with sesame oil, chicken stock, salt, pepper and sugar.
STEP 2
Marinate the chicken with the remaining ingredients for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Pan-fry the chicken for 5-8 minutes on each side to get it nicely browned.
STEP 4
Put the chicken and vegetables on the microwave tray and cook in the combination oven. Cook on High Steam for 8-10 minutes.
