Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

250 g high protein flour
6 g milk powder
4 g salt
12 g granulated sugar
28 g poppy seeds
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
170 ml water
0.75 tsp instant dry yeast
Steps
STEP 1
Place all the ingredients, except for yeast, into the bread pan. Put the bread pan into machine. Place instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser.
STEP 2
Select rapid bread setting and start.
STEP 3
When the bread is done, remove the pan from the machine and wait for 2 minutes, then remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
