Strawberry Fairy Cakes

175 g butter
175 g sugar
3 large eggs
175 g self raising flour
Steps
STEP 1
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C.
STEP 2
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in the flour.
STEP 3
Fill the paper cases two thirds full of the mixture. Place the cake tin in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Decorate the top with fresh cream and strawberries for a summer feel.
