Vegan Berry Crumble
This sweet and fruity vegan crumble is perfect for dinner parties or family dinners.

110 g frozen strawberries
110 g frozen blueberries
110 g frozen red currants
110 g frozen raspberries
0.5 cup agave or maple syrup
1 cup jumbo oats (Gluten-free if necessary)
64 g coconut flakes
64 g almond flakes
64 g chopped pecans
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 pinch of salt
0.5 tsp cinnamon
vegan ice cream (to serve)
Steps
STEP 1
Coat 3 ramekin dishes with coconut oil.
STEP 2
In a medium bowl, add the fruits and 3 tbsp of agave/maple syrup and gently mix until combined.
STEP 3
Fill the ramekin dishes with an equal amount of fruit in each.
STEP 4
To make the crumble, mix together all dry ingredients and add melted coconut oil.
STEP 5
Cover the contents of the ramekin dishes generously with the crumble. Bake at 180°C for around 20 minutes, or until the crumble turns golden.
STEP 6
Top with your favourite vegan ice cream to serve.
