Den nyudviklede 24,2 megapixel full-frame CMOS-sensor på LUMIX S1H er udstyret med Dual Native ISO-teknologi. Billedsensoren kan udnytte en dobbeltbaseret ISO-indstilling, hvilket resulterer i minimeret støj og enestående billedkvalitet fra lav til høj følsomhed. Det støv- og vandafvisende design,** små vibrationer for minimal indflydelse på billedstabiliseringssystemet og helt stille ydeevne er andre funktioner, der supplerer denne nye struktur. Varmeaflederen kan anvendes med fire forskellige indstillinger. F.eks. AUTO1 starter aflederen straks efter optagelsen begynder for at holde varmen nede og muliggøre længere optagelser.
