OCT-based Weld Depth Inspection | Solves the problems of conventional weld monitoring with OCT
The Scanning Head equipped with our proprietary OCT technology has made it possible to meet welding inspection needs, evolving from "destructive sampling inspection" to "real-time, non-destructive, 100% inspection." We contribute to the advancement of our customers' products through OCT-based weld depth inspection, which measures keyhole depths while tracking wobbling movements during welding and can even be used with single-mode fiber lasers.
Spatter Prevention Measures | Solving spatter issues by simultaneously irradiating Blue and IR lasers

Based on the concept of measurable manufacturing, the Lab provides a variety of services, from initial sampling evaluations to incremental sampling evaluations and mass production feasibility assessments. We also provide optimal verification services for each project, including determining welding conditions, performing analyses and evaluations with various measuring instruments, and conducting verification using jigs designed for mass production.
