Even when holding the camera vertically, key information is easy to read, so you can stay focused on your subject. Seamlessly switch between horizontal and vertical framing to refine your composition.

MP4(Lite)

With its low bitrate and small file sizes, MP4(Lite) enables faster transfers, making it easy to share and create short videos on social media. It supports 3.8K 30p (4:3) recording, high-resolution 4K 60p (16:9), and 4K 120p (16:9) high-frame-rate recording.

High frame rate video

For more expressive videos, 4K 120p and FHD 240p high-frame-rate footage can be edited using the Slow & Quick feature in the LUMIX Lab app to change the frame rate, enabling impressive slow-motion videos.

LUMIX Lab app

With the LUMIX Lab app, you can easily transfer photos and videos to your smartphone. Adjust colors, crop images, and share them seamlessly on social media. You can also save your color adjustments as LUTs and transfer them to your camera for use while shooting.

High-speed transfer

Supports both USB and Wi-Fi connections for stable transfer to your smartphone. When connected wirelessly, you can select the 5GHz* Wi-Fi frequency band to enable high-speed transfer of photos and videos.

*Depending on the region, local regulations, etc. may prohibit you from using the 5GHz frequency band outdoors.

Magic LUT

Select a photo you love from your camera roll. AI instantly analyzes and reproduces its colors, tones, and overall mood as a LUT.

UVC and UAC standards support for easy webcam use

This model supports UVC (USB Video Class) and UAC (USB Audio Class) standards. Simply connect the camera to your computer with a USB cable to use it as a webcam, with no dedicated apps or software required.

High-capacity battery compatibility

Compatible with the high-capacity DMW-BLK22 battery, enabling up to 420 shots* on a single charge. It also supports USB power and charging, so you can conveniently power or recharge the camera via a USB Type-C cable from a USB AC adapter, computer, or portable power bank.

*When using the monitor. 410 shots when using the LVF.

Support for a wide range of accessories

Auto lens cap for quick shooting

Compatible with the optional Auto Lens Cap (DMW-LFAC1)*. The cap opens and closes as the lens extends and retracts, and opens automatically when the camera is powered on, so you can shoot without removing it from the camera.

*The Titanium Gold model is available only as an included accessory and is not sold separately.

Expanded creative options with external accessories

A hot shoe allows you to add accessories such as an external flash or microphone. It supports a wide range of shooting scenarios, including night portraits, natural lighting with bounce flash, and high-quality audio recording with an external microphone. Compatible with both Panasonic accessories and third-party products.

Efforts to reduce the environmental impact of packaging

For this model, we eliminated petroleum-based materials from the packaging, replacing them with renewable options like paper and bamboo fiber for easier recycling.* We also streamlined the packaging design, cutting total material use by 5 percent by weight versus the previous model (DMC-LX100M2). The result is packaging that protects during transit while reducing environmental impact and supporting more sustainable living.

*The glue and ink used in the individual packaging boxes contain some petroleum-derived ingredients.
