Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By proceeding with offer participation to The Double Festive Offer (‘Offer’), the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’). If the Customer does not agree to these T&Cs, the Customer should not subscribe to the Offer.
This Offer is hosted by Panasonic India Pvt Ltd, a company having its registered office at 12th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, NH-8, Gurgaon 122002, Haryana (‘Panasonic’). The Offer is valid only on the purchase of Panasonic LED TV, (‘Product’) from Panasonic authorised channels only (‘ Outlets’) across the State of Tamil Nadu only. The offers are not valid on purchases from e-commerce platforms, B2B or corporate sales. Panasonic will not be responsible for any purchases made through unauthorized sources. The Offers are at the sole discretion of Panasonic management and can be withdrawn/ modified/ terminated at any given point in time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever. *MRP (inclusive of all taxes) listed above is for one unit, wherever applicable. The images are for representation purpose only and the actual products may vary. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only. Prices wherever mentioned are inclusive of all taxes.
1. OFFER DURATION
The Offer is valid from 20th December – 31st January 2020 on the purchases of Products from Outlets only. Offer dates can be changed/extended as per the Panasonic’s sole decision.
2. ELIGIBILITY
a) Any Customer who is a legal citizen/resident of India and is 18 years of age or above:
i) Purchases below mentioned Panasonic branded Product(s) (“Product”) from authorised Outlets only;
ii) Who is not barred by any legal disability;
iii) Who is not suffering any mental disability;
iv) Who has never been convicted in any criminal case; and
v) Who is a PAN card holder.
3. OFFERS:

Extended warranty: Customer purchasing the below mentioned selected Panasonic Television only, during the Offer Period, will be entitled to 1+ 2 years warranty i.e. 1 year comprehensive warranty on Panasonic Television and additional 2 years warranty on panel only and available on all convection models only

General Terms and Conditions:
a. Free assured gift will be handed to the customer at the time of purchase by the authorized dealer/ Outlet and not to be claimed from Panasonic directly.
b. The assured gifts are not redeemable in the form of cash.
c. Cash back offers and Finance offers are subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions:
i. It is provided by respective financer/ bank/ dealers as per its sole discretion, processing fee and terms, and Panasonic disclaims all claims w.r.t. the same.
j. It is available only if the minimum purchase exceeds minimum purchase price mentioned by respective banks/ financers/ dealers.
k. Processing fee is at the sole discretion of the financier / dealer / Bank.
l. EMI will vary from model to model and particular Finance and cashback offers are available only on specific products mentioned hereinabove and Panasonic is no manner responsible.
m. Finance Offers are subject to detailed terms and conditions, w.r.t. maximum cashback, minimum transaction amount, period of credit. Other eligibility criterion, etc.
n. EMI is available only on Plutus / Pine Labs EDC terminals.
d. Failure by Panasonic to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
e. In no event shall Panasonic be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer, its services these Terms (however arising, including negligence). Panasonic shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.
f. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
g. Offer shall not be applicable (Void) wherever prohibited by Law, Central or State being in force, during the period of this Contest.
h. Disputes, if any, relating to this Offers shall be dealt in accordance with Laws Applicable in India & courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive Jurisdiction over the subject matter.
i. The Offers are just for engaging customers or prospects and there is neither any relation to any sort of gambling, lottery etc. nor Panasonic/ its agency has any intention of harming any sentiments of society/ persons who do not qualify.
j. The participation in the Offer is voluntary. By availing this Offer, Customer agrees to receive communication(s) from Panasonic and / or its program management company (Parv Communications Pvt. Ltd.) / relating to the Offer and Customer unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Panasonic and / or the program management company in this respect.
k. The Customer agrees that this Offer is valid only on the purchase of brand new Product during the Offer Period and is not valid on the sale of second hand or refurbished Product etc.
l. The Customer hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Panasonic and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that the Customer may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account availing the Offer.
m. DISCLAIMER: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PANASONIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE OFFER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY TERM TO THE CONTRARY, PANASONIC DISCLAIMS, EXCEPT FOR ANY MANUFACTURING OR FUNCTIONAL DEFECT IN PANASONIC PRODUCT, ALL CLAIMS AND/ OR LIABILITIES IN RELATION TO THE OFFER OR THE PRIZES AVAILED THEREUNDER.
