Terms & Conditions

1. Applicable: Pan India

2. Duration: 1st ~ 31st Oct’2021

3. Panasonic Product Covered are: Air-conditioner, LED TV, Refrigerators, Washing Machine & Microwave oven

4. Applicable for products manufactured and sold by Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd. only

5. Applicable for Panasonic above mentioned products up to age of 5 years. Products purchased by customer prior to Sep 2016 are not eligible for this Service Campaign

6. Type of Call: Product Installation & Product Repair (in case of unforeseen circumstances of part not available, estimated time of repairs will be communicated to customer)

7. Service campaign applicability starts with registration of call

8. If product is not delivered and call is registered – call will be cancelled and customer has to register the call again to avail service support

9. If engineer visited and customer is not available at home, same will be considered as visit and 2nd visit will be as per schedule of Service Engineer

10. Call within 2 hours to customer is not applicable if engineer has visited in 2 hours

11. Happy code which customer is to give to customer, if customer is satisfied with service support, is to be considered as customer feedback

12. For detailed feedback customer will get SMS having NPS survey link and it can take its own time and it is not to be considered for immediate feedback in 2 hours of service support

14. In case product cannot be repaired, same shall be considered for resolution as per warranty terms and conditions

15. This service campaign is applicable for calls within municipal limits of Authorized Service centers.
