1. General
This Television Commercial (“TVC”) is issued by Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited (“PLSIND”) for promotional and informational purposes only. The TVC and all its edits, cut‑downs and platform‑specific adaptations are subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Visuals, demonstrations and representations shown in the TVC are for illustrative purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Product Features and Performance Claims
All product features, performance claims and benefits depicted or implied in the TVC are based on internal and/or external laboratory testing conducted under controlled conditions or specific usage scenarios. Actual performance may vary depending on installation, room size, environmental conditions and usage patterns.
Nothing contained in the TVC should be construed as a guarantee or assurance of performance.
3. AI Mode (MirAIe Application)
AI Mode is a MirAIe application feature that uses an Adaptive Thermal Comfort Model algorithm to automatically adjust operating mode, set temperature and fan speed based on indoor and outdoor temperature inputs and historical outdoor temperature data.
AI Mode operates within predefined parameters and does not involve predictive analytics of user behaviour. Performance may vary based on environmental and usage conditions.

4. Technology Descriptions
DustBuster™ technology automatically activates after cumulative continuous operation of the air conditioner and operates for a limited duration post switch‑off to assist in condenser coil maintenance. Results may vary based on operating conditions. This automatic activation is after every 8 hours running (continuous/cumulative) of AC at the time of switch OFF. It will operate for 3 minutes where in ODU fan starts rotating in reverse direction to push the dust / other particles off the condenser coil. It keeps the heat exchanger Clean, Improves Cooling Performance & Reduces Energy Consumption and Enhances Life of ODU.
converti8™ is an inverter‑based operational feature that allows selection of multiple cooling capacity stages through the manual or remote controller or MirAIe application. All inverter range of ACs comes with converti8 feature, which is 8-in-1 convertible mode of operation. By using “converti8”, users can select 8 stages of cooling performance from 40% to more than 100% manually either via Remote Controller or MirAIe app.
Airflow, swing and cooling distribution features are based on design characteristics tested under laboratory conditions. Uniform cooling may vary depending on room layout and installation.
Higher* Airflow - Higher air flow is directly proportional to higher CFM, it means more amount of air is being pushed through the air vanes that cools the space more quickly.
CFM stands for Cubic Feet per Minute, which measures the volume of air that flows through the system in each minute.
4-Way Swing (cools every corner*) - 4-way swing refers to Indoor unit automatic vane moment in both horizontal and vertical directions that provides unform cooling at corner of the room.
Cools even at 55℃ - Inverter ACs are designed to withstand high ambient temp. up to 55℃* ambient temp during peak summer (tested under internal lab conditions)
5. Particle Reduction Performance
Certain models are equipped with filtration technologies tested for reduction of particulate matter such as PM2.5 under laboratory conditions. Test results are based on specific particle sizes and enclosed test setups and may differ under actual living space conditions.
6. Laboratory Test Disclosures (nanoe™ X)
Laboratory studies conducted by independent research institutions have demonstrated inhibition of activity of certain adhered microorganisms under controlled and enclosed test conditions. These tests do not reflect real‑world living environments.
The product is not a medical device and is not intended to prevent, treat or cure any disease. Results are not indicative of protection against infection and actual effectiveness may vary.
- Over 99.99% of the adhered novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) activity was inhibited within 2 hours, tested by Texcell (France) vide test report in a 45L enclosed box. Tested against adhered and not airborne novel coronavirus.

PLSIND reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the TVC or these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
