Panasonic Air Conditioner Error Codes: Using the Self-Diagnosis Function
Watch Video: A step-by-step video guide on how to retrieve error codes from your Panasonic inverter air conditioner.
Using the Remote Control:
1. Point the remote control at the air conditioner. Press and hold the CHECK button for 5 seconds with a pointed object (like a pin). The remote control display will show "- -".
2. Press the TIMER up or down arrow button repeatedly to cycle through the error codes. Each press will transmit the code to the main unit.
3. When you hear a beep sound, the displayed code on the remote control matches the error code stored in the unit. Write down this error code for reference.
Using the Panasonic Comfort Cloud App (if applicable):
1. Tap the notification icon (the "i" symbol) in the top-left corner of the app.
2. Navigate to the "Error messages" section within the app to view any error codes.
