It is with a heavy heart that I must share with you the recent fire incident that has taken place at our Sta. Rosa Plant, particularly the Washing Machine and Electric Fan Building, last December 13, 2023, Wednesday at around 6:20 in the morning and was declared fire out by the authorities at around 3:30 PM. Regretfully saying that the said factory was all burned down but fortunately there was no human casualties nor related damages to the near by communities.
Despite our unwavering commitment to safety protocols, it is unfortunate that this unforeseen occurrence has transpired. We are currently awaiting the results of a thorough investigation by the authorities to ascertain the precise cause of the incident.
Considering this unfortunate event, our primary focus is on swiftly resuming operations and minimizing the impact on our business, including sales for these affected products. We are currently working hard to recover and re-establish the production set up for both Washing Machine and Electric Fan the earliest possible time.
We understand the anticipation among our valued customers for our products, and we are dedicated to ensuring that their needs are met despite this setback. Thankfully, our Window Aircon and Refrigerator factory are both doing well and continuously serves the markets’ demand.
To our valued Business Partners, we express our gratitude for the continued relationship in doing business with you. Rest assured that PMPC will be resilient in rising to this situation and eventually returning to business as usual for our Washing Machine and Electric Fan Factory.
