- Video switching: Security personnel can switch live video stream between internal camera and IP CCTV camera to Room Monitors and Mobile Apps
- Call forwarding: When security personnel is engaged, the call can be forwarded to another Guard Station
- Ringtone Configuration: Can set the ringtones for incoming and outgoing calls
- Web configuration: Engineer can set parameters on webpage
