Intuitive light control with an aperture ring
Precisely control the light entering the lens. The aperture ring, positioned at the front of the lens barrel, allows smooth, intuitive adjustment of aperture settings even while looking through the viewfinder.

Focus selector switch
The focus selector switch on the side of the lens barrel lets you choose between AF, AF Macro, and MF with a single touch. You can quickly select the right mode for precise focus, even during shooting.
Fn switch
Assign frequently used shooting settings, such as Step Zoom and Photo Style, to the Fn switch on the top of the lens barrel. This allows you to quickly access the desired setting while expanding your creative options.
Crop zoom function
With the crop zoom function, you can extend your telephoto reach up to 221mm*. By cropping the center of the image, you can increase magnification while retaining high image quality.
