  • 2 nosJapanese cucumber
  • 6 pcssmoked salmon
  • 1 noavocado

Garlic aioli

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 nogarlic (roasted)
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • ½ tsp parsley (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Steps

STEP 1

Squeeze roasted garlic flesh into a bowl of mayonnaise.

STEP 2

Mix with lemon juice, parsley, salt & pepper. Mix well till combined.

STEP 3

Line smoke salmon & avocado on cucumber then roll up.

STEP 4

Place a drop of garlic aioli on top and it's ready to serve.
