Panasonic Battery Lucky Draw 2025 – “Power Up with Panasonic!”
Terms and Conditions
1. Panasonic Singapore (UEN 52940054E), having its principal place of business at 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, #02-02, Singapore 469332 (“Panasonic Singapore”) will conduct a Panasonic Battery Lucky Draw 2025 – “Power Up with Panasonic!” lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”). Panasonic Singapore has appointed its authorised advertising agency to administer the Lucky Draw.
2. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must spend a minimum of $17.90 worth (inclusive of GST) of Panasonic brand batteries (in a single receipt) between 12 September 2025 and 16 November 2025 (both dates inclusive).
Eligible purchases must be made at any of the following participating Panasonic authorised retail outlets or official online stores:
- NTUC FairPrice
- Meidi-ya
- OG
- Best Denki
- Courts
- Harvey Norman
- Panasonic Official Store on Shopee
- Panasonic Official Store on Lazada
- Panasonic Official Online Store (https://www.panasonic.com/sg/)
You will stand a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes:
Prizes to be won:
A total of 33 winners will be randomly selected.
○ 3x Technics AZ100 Flagship True Wireless Earbuds – Worth $469 each (with Magnetic Fluid Driver)
○ 10x Panasonic RZ-B310W True Wireless Earbuds – Worth $121 each
○ 20x Panasonic RB-F10 True Wireless Open Earphones – Worth - $79 each
All taxes, if applicable, in connection with the receipt of Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
3. Each qualifying receipt equals one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each submission includes a separate, valid receipt.
4. Participating retailers include:
Best Denki, Courts, Harvey Norman, Meidi-ya, NTUC FairPrice, OG and Panasonic Singapore Official Website Store, and Panasonic Official Lazada & Shopee Stores.
5. To enter, participants must:
○ Complete the official Google Form: https://bit.ly/PanasonicBatteryLD2025
○ Submit the required details and upload a clear photo of the eligible purchase receipt
○ All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (Singapore Time, GMT+8) on 30 November 2025 to be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
6. By submitting your entry, you agree to Panasonic Singapore and its authorized agency collecting, using, and disclosing your information for:
○ Administration of the campaign
○ Contacting winners
○ Public winner announcements on official Panasonic Singapore channels
○ Submission to relevant authorities if required
You agree to Panasonic Singapore’s Privacy Policy at

7. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 15 December 2025.
A total of 33 winners will be selected. Each participant may win only one (1) prize regardless of the number of entries submitted.
The Lucky Draw will be conducted at random using an Electronic Draw System designed to ensure that the selection process is fair, tamper-proof, and auditable. The draw will take place at the Panasonic Singapore Customer Care Centre at 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Blk A Singapore 469332, in accordance with applicable Singapore laws and regulations. The process will be conducted in a transparent manner, with draw records documented and retained for audit purposes. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the outcome.
8. Winners will be notified via email by 31 December 2025. Names may also be announced on Panasonic Singapore’s official Facebook page (available at https://www.facebook.com/sgpanasonic/). Participants must ensure the email submitted is accurate. Panasonic is not responsible for failed notifications due to incorrect information.
9. Winners must present the following in person at Panasonic Singapore Customer Care Centre:
○ Original purchase receipt or invoice corresponding to the winning entry
○ A printed or digital copy of the winner’s notification email

10. Prizes must be claimed within two (2) months from the date that the winner is notified. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited without further notice. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Panasonic Singapore shall not be held responsible for any issues related to prize delivery or redemption that are beyond its reasonable control.
11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to substitute prizes of similar value without prior notice. Panasonic Singapore’s decisions are final, and no correspondence or disputes will be entertained.
12. Panasonic reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any submission that is incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, or does not meet entry requirements.
13. This Lucky Draw is open to all residents of Singapore above 18 years of age (as at 1 January 2025). Employees of Panasonic Singapore, affiliated agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
14. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. Panasonic Singapore shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or third party in connection with the campaign, including but not limited to any technical malfunction, server issues, or failure in communication.
16. Panasonic Singapore shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, or governmental restrictions.

18. This Lucky Draw is governed by the laws of Singapore. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore laws and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
