Terms & Conditions for “Win A Holiday To Japan for 2” Lucky Draw
1. Panasonic Singapore (UEN 52940054E), having its principal place of business at 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, #02-02, Singapore 469332 (“Panasonic Singapore”) will conduct a “Win A Holiday To Japan for 2” lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”).
2. Panasonic Singapore has appointed its authorised advertising agency (“Agency”) to administer the Lucky Draw.
3. For every purchase of S$50.00 worth of Panasonic Appliances (in a single receipt/invoice) made between 14 November 2025 and 11 January 2026 (both dates inclusive) from Panasonic Singapore’s authorised retailers or Panasonic Singapore’s Official Online Stores on Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, or https://www.panasonic.com/sg/, participants will receive one (1) Lucky Draw chance.

4. To participate in the Lucky Draw, customers must complete and submit entries using their full name as reflected on their NRIC or passport, and provide accurate contact details at https://bit.ly/JapanTripWithPanasonic. Alternatively, customers may also scan the QR code to submit their Lucky Draw entries. Only online entries will be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw. All online entries must reach Panasonic Singapore by 11.59pm on 18 January 2026.
5. The Lucky Draw will be conducted at 2pm on 2 February 2026 at Panasonic Singapore’s Customer Care Centre, 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Blk A Level 1, Singapore 469332. There are a total of 3 winners. Each winner can win only one (1) prize.

6. Winners will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) days from the Lucky Draw’s date. Participants are required to provide valid phone number and email addresses at the point of Lucky Draw entry submissions. Panasonic Singapore will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted via phone or email due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by participants.
7. As part of the redemption process of the prizes, winners MUST PRESENT a copy of the winners’ notification email and the original receipt/invoice for verification at Panasonic Singapore’s Customer Care Centre, 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Blk A Level 1, Singapore 469332.
8. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any winner who is unable to present a complete set of the above required documents.
9. Prizes not redeemed after two (2) months from winners’ notification date will be forfeited and it shall be disposed at Panasonic Singapore’s sole discretion.
10. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable. Panasonic Singapore’s decisions are final, and no correspondence or disputes will be entertained.
11. In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the prizes cannot be awarded to the winner or are otherwise unavailable, Panasonic Singapore retains the right to substitute the prize with online vouchers valued for purchasing Panasonic products from Panasonic Singapore’s official website https://www.panasonic.com/sg/. Please note that cash or any other forms of substitution will not be provided.
12. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
13. This Lucky Draw is open to all residents of Singapore above 18 years of age (as at 1 January 2025), except employees and immediate families of Panasonic Singapore, the Agency, participating authorised retailers and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Lucky Draw.
14. By submitting your personal information and participating in the Lucky Draw, you consent to Panasonic Singapore and the Agency using your personal information for the purposes of the Lucky Draw, including facilitating the Lucky Draw, publicising the Lucky Draw and results of the Lucky Draw, contacting you, and creating promotional materials for the Lucky Draw. You agree to the Panasonic Singapore’s Privacy Policy at <www.panasonic.com/sg/privacy-policy> and the Agency’s marketing policies.
15. As a winner, your name will be announced on Panasonic Singapore’s Official Facebook page or website. Additionally, photos will be taken and used to announce winners on Panasonic Singapore's social media channels. Your information may also be submitted to relevant Singapore authorities if you are a winner.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore laws and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
17. Your submission of an entry and participation in the Lucky Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
18. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions in any manner.
SCHEDULE
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TOUR PACKAGE:
1. Each winner will be entitled to an itinerary of their choice, from either “9D7N Panoramic Kyushu” or “8D6N Hidden Gems of Shikoku” or “8D6N Hidden Gems of Mie & Wakayama” tour package for two pax, organised by EU HOLIDAYS PTE LTD, worth up to S$7,256.00.
2. The prize does not include optional tours or gratitude for local guides, drivers and tour leaders, if applicable.
3. All tours subject to group size for confirmation, EU HOLIDAY PTE LTD will confirm at least 2 weeks before the departure date.
4. If the chosen itinerary is not available, EU HOLIDAY PTE LTD will offer winner alternative travel dates or itineraries, with or without a top-up depending on the tour package value, as prices may vary across different departure dates.

6. The original prize letter must be presented upon booking and can only be used once.
7. Both travellers must fly together for the entire tour package, and the Winner must be one of the travellers.
8. Tour packages are non- transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be changed to different destinations.
9. Tour packages hold no cash value and do not cover additional costs such as excess baggage fees, insurance, or surcharges.
10. Winners are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or travel approvals.
11. Tickets must be booked and issued by EU HOLIDAY PTE LTD within one (1) month of receiving the prize letter. No extensions will be granted, and any unredeemed prize will be forfeited.
