Promotion 1: Aircon 1+2 Year Extended General Warranty

In preparation for the upcoming hot months, air conditioners are one of the key investments to stay cool. But they can also be costly to repair if something goes wrong. The 1+2 year extended general warranty promotion can give you extra peace of mind  by extending coverage beyond the standard warranty period.

Purchase Period: 21^st March 2025 – 30^th June 2025
Installation and Registration Period: 21^st March 2025 – 29^th August 2025

* Installation and registration must be completed by 29^th August 2025 to be entitled to the promotion.
** Purchases made before 15^th April 2025 is eligible for the extended warranty promotion ONLY.

Mechanics:
1. Purchase of X-Premium series made within the promotional period from 21^st March 2025 – 30^th June 2025 will be entitled to the respective extended warranty promotion.
2. Only purchase(s) of the listed models made from 21^st March 2025 – 30^th June 2025 (both date inclusive) from any of the authorised dealers, deliver, install & register within 21^st March 2025 – 29^th August 2025 (both date inclusive) will be qualified for the above-mentioned promotion.
3. Purchases made before 15^th April 2025 is eligible for the extended warranty promotion ONLY.
4. The extended warranty are NOT EXCHANGEABLE for cash or any other items.
5. End customer must register online at https://www.panasonic.com/sg/

Terms and Conditions:
1. No extension of extended warranty allowed after abovementioned purchase and registration period.
2. Promotion is strictly applicable to end-consumers only.
3. The above promotion supersedes all other promotion and can only be advertised till 30^th June 2025, unless otherwise stated.
4. Panasonic Singapore reserves the rights to reject any warranty registration that does not adhere to the process and requirements stated herein.
5. Panasonic Singapore reserves the rights to amend and vary these term and conditions without prior notice.

2.Click ‘Support’ > ‘E-Warranty’ > ‘New Registration’

a.Create an account for new users or
b.Sign in for existing users

3.Fill up required fields (Register all units, including all indoor and outdoor units) and upload proof of purchase
4.Click ‘Add Product’ > ‘Submit’

Promotion 2: Grocery Voucher Promotion

On top of the 1+2 year extended general warranty promotion, Panasonic Aircon will be running another grocery voucher campaign so you can enjoy more savings.

Purchase Period: 15^th April 2025 – 30^th June 2025
Installation and Redemption Period: 25^th April 2025 – 29^th August 2025

* Installation and registration must be completed by 29^th August 2025 to be entitled to the promotion.
** Purchases made before 15^th April 2025 is eligible for the extended warranty promotion ONLY.

Redemption Location: Panasonic Customer Care Center

Prepare the following documents:

a) Original tax invoices/ receipt of purchased.
b) Delivery order of purchased.
c) Original cut-out of serial number from carton boxes – serial number of both indoor and outdoor units (Photos/Pictures are not accepted)

Mechanics:
1. Purchase of System 2, System 3 or System 4 X-Premium multi-split series made during the promotional period from 15^th April 2025 – 30^th June 2025 will be entitled to the respective grocery vouchers as stated.
2. Only purchase(s) of the listed models made from 15^th April 2025 – 30^th June 2025 (both date inclusive) from any of the authorised dealers, deliver & redeem within 25^th April 2025 – 29^th August 2025 (both date inclusive) will be qualified for the abovementioned grocery vouchers.
3. Following original proof of purchase are required:

i. Original tax invoices/ receipt of purchased.
ii. Delivery order of purchased.
iii. Original cut-out of serial number from carton boxes – serial number of both indoor and  outdoor units (Photos/Pictures are not accepted)

4. All premium gifts/grocery vouchers are on a "while-stocks-last" basis and Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to substitute the premium gifts with alternatives without any prior notice.
5. The grocery vouchers are NOT EXCHANGEABLE for cash or any other items.
6. End customers must redeem at Panasonic Customer Care Center.

Terms and Conditions:
1. No extension of redemption period or reservation of grocery vouchers will be allowed.
2. Promotion is strictly applicable to end-consumers only. Dealers and promoters are NOT ALLOWED to redeem the grocery vouchers on behalf of their customers.
3. The above promotion can only be advertised till 30^th June 2025, after which, the RCP has to be reflected in all collaterals unless otherwise stated.
