Cut the vegetables into pieces and use Prime Freeze Rapid Freezing Mode to quickly freeze them. The pieces will freeze separately, and can be stored in the freezer for a long period of time. Only the desired amount can be used when needed, and the flavour and scent are the same as when they are fresh.
Now I can reduce the visit to supermarket and save my cooking time.
I like to purchase vegetables in bulk, freeze them, and use them as needed. By doing so, I can avoid the need to wash or process the vegetables again when I want to use them.
