About Dimitris

Dimitris Lenis brings a wealth of product management and marketing experience to his role as General Manager, Integrated Services Division at Panasonic Canada Inc.

Joining Panasonic in 2016, Dimitris was drawn by the prospect of running the P&L for a category of consumer products and the opportunity to learn about Japanese management principles and culture. He started as a product manager for kitchen appliances where he developed a strong foundation in go-to-market strategies, channel management, P&L management and revenue growth. Dimitris went on to become Director of Marketing for consumer products and later transitioned into general management, overseeing multiple functions and driving business strategy. This journey prepared him to take on his current leadership role where he focuses on revenue growth, operations and strategic execution. He is known for his perseverance, fact-based approach to problems, and ability to deliver results.

Dimitris is passionate about solving complex business challenges and believes in empowering teams by removing roadblocks fostering innovation and aligning strategy with execution. He constantly makes an effort to understand clients’ pain points and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Prior to joining Panasonic, Dimitris worked in social media advertising during its nascent years and then in product management of food CPG and pharma.

Outside of the office, Dimitris enjoys cooking, surfing and generally spending time outdoors. He is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.
