1. What does the 12-year extended warranty cover?
This 12 yrs warranty is component warranty, and it covers the failure of compressor only.

2. How many times can I use the extended warranty during the coverage period?
The warranty can be used only once during the 12-year coverage period.

3. Does the warranty cover labour or transportation costs?
No, the warranty does not cover manpower or transportation fees. Customers bear the cost of repair and transportation cost if any. In case of failure of compressor during the warranty period, only Compressor will be provided free of cost.

4. What is required to claim the warranty?
Customer must either: Present the original purchase invoice copy, or Register the product on the Panasonic Smart Care App within six months from the date of purchase.

5. Where can I get my refrigerator repaired under the extended warranty?
All repairs must be carried out exclusively at Panasonic Authorized Service Centers (ASC). Additionally, to be eligible for the 12-year extended warranty, the refrigerator must be purchased from an Authorized Panasonic Dealer only. Repairs or purchases outside these authorized channels are not covered under the warranty.

6. When does the 12-year extended warranty start?
The 12-year extended warranty is applicable from the Date of Purchase (DOP) only.
