Client Overview and Challenges
Client is Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons Automotive Division that deals with the sales and service of world-class automotive brands like Infiniti, Renault, Nissan and Ford. Their showrooms and service centers are in several locations across the Kingdom and the Branch network is growing day by day. Standardized Panasonic IP systems deployment started in 2011 with progressive coverage through a total of 12 locations in 2014. Before that, a competitor legacy system had been running over 25 years with cumulative technical and administrative issues. There was no control and visibility on cost spending within branch communications. Proper management of the Telecom Section was lacking whereas migration to IP system was hindered due to insufficient infrastructure ending up costing business hugely.
100% Savings was reached on Intercommunication between all branches with 35% reduction on overall local telephone call expenses. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) ushered in “Just dial one call center Toll Free” number for customers, either for purchase or service. Secured communication is now available via KX-NCS4208 through soft phones in mobiles and laptops offering an extended mobility. Executives are now able to communicate with the office for free cost while on business trips. Sales staff at showroom benefit from extended mobility with SIP activated on their mobiles. Voicemail integration with Outlook now helps to achieve zero call drops.
The current market situation allows to forecast further business expansion with more branches coming up soon. Additional upgrades will comprise direct extension of branch to branch network dialing, effective solutions for a centralized call center with live monitoring as well as external CRM integration, redundancy of systems CPU and power supply.
