Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

1. Participation in this money back guarantee is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use ( and Privacy Policy ( shown on our website.

Promotion ends 31 December 2024 and final redemption day will be 11.59pm 14 January 2025.

2. Visit and locate the Technics True Wireless 30 day money back guarantee page.

3. Fill in the form and return your Technics True Wireless Earbuds with your proof of purchase to the address noted on the form.

4. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to complete the form. Panasonic takes no responsibility for late or incorrect forms.

5. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website and cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for any postage costs when returning their Technics True Wireless Earbuds.

6. Refund is only valid if Panasonic receives the product within 30 days from the purchase date and if, in the opinion of Panasonic, has been used in the recommended manner. The product returned must include all original packaging and accessories in good working order.

The product must be shipped to: Attn: AZ40/AZ60/AZ70 Promotion, Panasonic NZ Ltd, 18 Sir Woolf Fisher Drive, Highbrook, Auckland 2013.

We highly recommend using tracked postage as we will not be responsible for any products lost in the post. We cannot accept any drop offs as most of our staff are working offsite.

If the refund is approved, the refund will be given in the form of direct Credit to the Nominated NZ Bank Account via the online from. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Bank Account details.  Panasonic New Zealand accepts no responsibility for a lost payment if incorrect Bank Account Details have been provided.

8. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail/parcels.

9. If your redemption meets all of the Terms & Conditions and/or your Bank Account Details are correct you should receive the refund within 4 weeks.  If you have not received it within this time please email with your details. Refund does not include postage costs for the return of the product.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Panasonic New Zealand Limited (including its employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) use of a gift.


13. Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this Promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Panasonic New Zealand Limited has the right to terminate their redemption rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Panasonic New Zealand Limited is final.
