Signature Japanese Dish In BANGKOK

Not only flavor, but hospitality too. Here, we present Japanese restaurants in each country where you can experience premium Japanese cuisine.

The Sukuhmvit Area is one of Bangkok's busiest shopping quarters. Heading north along the narrow road Sukuhmvit Soi 23, you'll find "Mitsumori," a restaurant where they meticulously prepare yakitori (grilled chicken) and other delicacies from carefully selected ingredients. Mitsumori is highly popular among Bangkok's Japanese community for its delicious soba noodles and yakitori. Behind the counter you'll find the manager, Michi Yamamoto, a gently mannered chef with a long history of preparing these traditional dishes.

To maintain the high quality of the cooking, Japanese staff are always on hand and free-range chicken is carefully grilled while soba noodles are handmade at the restaurant every morning and evening.

The restaurant's name, Mitsumori, came from Hisami Mitsumori, chairman of the Otoya Group. The chairman often visits the restaurant to enjoy its aesthetic Japanese exterior and chic, modern interior, which combine to offer a highly relaxing space.

Private rooms are also available, enabling visitors to dine in a spacious environment. We encourage you to visit this unique restaurant to enjoy its premium Japanese atmosphere.
