Almond Cookies
Delicious home-baked cookies made from just five ingredients! This foolproof recipe is a great introduction for first-timers or children learning to cook.
The distinctive flavor comes from almonds, which are rich in vitamins and minerals as well as beneficial lipids.

- 100gAlmond Slice
- 40gEgg White
- 70gCaster Sugar
- 15gButter
- 10gLow Gluten Flour
Steps
STEP 1
Mix the castor sugar and egg whites thoroughly with the rubber scraper. Add in the almond slices and stir well. Don't crush the almond slices.

STEP 2
Melt the butter to add to 1. Sift in the low gluten flour and stir well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

STEP 3
Line the baking paper on the metal tray, and use a fork to scoop paste and spread on the metal tray. Shape thin and even. Arrange on the metal tray in 3 X 4 form, about 10 g each.

STEP 4
Select "Convection" (with preheating) and preheat at 160C.

STEP 5
After preheating, put the metal tray in the upper and lower shelf positions, set for 18-19 minutes and press Start.
