  • 40gEgg White
  • 70gCaster Sugar
  • 15gButter
  • 10gLow Gluten Flour

Steps

STEP 1

Mix the castor sugar and egg whites thoroughly with the rubber scraper. Add in the almond slices and stir well. Don't crush the almond slices.
