Chinese Herbal Chicken Soup
This healthy, warming chicken soup featuring Chinese herbs is a great pick-me-up for tired people.
Seasoned only with salt, it is richly fragrant and full of flavor.

- 4Chicken Drumette
CHINESE HERBS
- 1Chinese Yam
- 4~5 Solomon's Seal
- 4Red Date
- 2American Ginseng Root
- 2Chinese Angelica Root
- 2Codonopsis Root
- 2Asian Ginseng Root
- 1tbspWolfberry
- 600mlWater
- Salt (As desired)
Steps
STEP 1
Boil the Chicken drumettes in boiling water for approximately 1 minute.

STEP 2
Drain the Chicken drumettes parts well.

STEP 3
Soak all the dry ingredients in water.

STEP 4
Place step 2 and step 3 ingredients evenly in 4 stew pots respectively.

STEP 5
Pour the pure water (approximate 80% to 90% full of stew pot) and cover with the lid.

STEP 6
Fill water tank.
STEP 7
Put the wire rack on the metal tray.

STEP 8
Place the stew pot evenly on the wire rack, and put it in the lower shelf position.

STEP 9
Select "Stew" program, set for 2 hours and 30 minutes and press Start.

STEP 10
After cooking, take food out and add salt to taste.
