  • 1Lemon
  • 1Lime
  • 10gLemon Grass
  • 15gGinger
  • 4cmGreen Onion (white stalks) (cut into thin strips)
  • Salt (A pinch)
  • Black Pepper (A pinch)
  • 1tspSesame Oil
  • Cilantro for Garnish (As desired)

Steps

STEP 1

Slice the lemon, lime and ginger.

STEP 2

Arrange the clams, mussels, scallops, shrimps and asparagus on the grill tray. Scatter the lemon, lime, ginger and lemon grass evenly on top.

STEP 3

Heat for 15 mins using the Steam+Grill mode.

STEP 4

Soak green onions in water for about 10 mins, then strain.

STEP 5

To serve, garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
