Seafood steamed with herbs and lemon
This herbed, lemony steamed seafood dish is temptingly juicy and delectable.
High-temperature steaming retains the nutrients and natural umami flavours of the shrimps and shellfish.

- 6Mussel
- 2Scallop
- 4Shrimp
- 80gAsparagu
- 1Lemon
- 1Lime
- 10gLemon Grass
- 15gGinger
- 4cmGreen Onion (white stalks) (cut into thin strips)
- Salt (A pinch)
- Black Pepper (A pinch)
- 1tspSesame Oil
- Cilantro for Garnish (As desired)
Steps
STEP 1
Slice the lemon, lime and ginger.
STEP 2
Arrange the clams, mussels, scallops, shrimps and asparagus on the grill tray. Scatter the lemon, lime, ginger and lemon grass evenly on top.
STEP 3
Heat for 15 mins using the Steam+Grill mode.
STEP 4
Soak green onions in water for about 10 mins, then strain.
STEP 5
To serve, garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
